From having a premature child, 3 months early, to losing a father to cancer, and a divorce, where the goal was seamless love to a young persons’ eyes, Lolita is no stranger to the importance of transition for herself and those who depend on her. Freeing her mind to make clear and confident decisions proved to be the saving grace on her personal change journey.
Lolita leaped from a thriving corporate career of nearly 20 years to launch Walker & Walker Enterprises. She has excelled as a transformation specialist, manager of operations, and director of north america innovation and change management, to name a few.
