2024 has come to an end, and I wanted to spend some time reflecting on the past year and talk about what I’m most looking forward to in 2025. First and foremost, my recovery from my heart condition about a year and a half ago has been a huge priority, and I’m so grateful to be alive. I’m also thankful for all my students and community who absolutely crushed it in 2024.

I appreciate you all, and I'm excited about the future. I'm not seeing a slowdown at all in the real estate investing world, for houses or for land. Here, I touch on a brand-new apprentice program I’m rolling out, which you can check out through the link below. I can’t wait to help more of you take massive action and close more deals in 2025!

What’s Inside:

—A look back on 2024 and everything I’m grateful for

—What’s in store for 2025

—Details on my new apprentice program
