The number one rule in real estate is to make a ton of offers. Do you know the two most important numbers that will tell you the health of your real estate business? First, you need to know how many offers you’ve made in the last week. Second, you need to track how much follow-up you’ve done in the last week. The follow-up is critical. If you’re making a bunch of offers, that's great, but if you're not following up, you’re just throwing your marketing money away.
