Gerald was working non-stop trying to gain traction for his entrepreneurial startup when he took hold of God’s promise of peace found in Philippians 4:7. He prayed for that peace and immediately received it, in overwhelming measure. Then he thought, “If God can give me peace like this, I wonder if He can give me wisdom too?” So, he prayed for wisdom according to James 1:5 and within 30 days, God showed him what he needed for his entrepreneurial venture to take off. That was just the beginning of Gerald’s journey into the incredible power of believing God’s promises in His word.
