Episode 91
If you’ve ever caught yourself scrolling through social media and thinking, “Why don’t I look like her?” or “Why isn’t my life where hers is?”—you’re not alone. Insecurity and comparison sneak into so many areas of our lives: our bodies, our possessions, even the season of life we’re in. But underneath it all, insecurity isn’t really about what we have or don’t have. It’s about being too focused on ourselves instead of God's purpose for us.
In this conversation, we get honest about how easy it is to measure our worth by worldly standards, and how freeing it is to shift our eyes back to God’s calling. Our looks, our things, and our status don’t change our ability to obey Him. And when we put ourselves or others down, we’re denying that each of us is one of His beautiful, intentional creations.
This is an encouragement to let go of comparison, to stop carrying the weight of insecurity, and to step into the freedom of valuing yourself and others the way God already does.
