In the year 198X, in the small, dusty town of Fairhaven, three public access television hosts are called, as all public access television hosts are wont to do, to fulfill their duty of protecting the town by investigating and, where possible, neutralizing the weird goings-on that just sort of happen when you live in Fairhaven.
