#029 RSIRE Milli Fox Shares Her Experience Getting To Her Dream Home
Milli Fox and her husband Junior decided to purchase a pre-build 3 bedroom condo, based on plans and thought it would be perfect for their life. Milli had resisted the suburban life, and envisioned a perfect life downtown. By the time the condo was ready and they were conducting their PDI, pre delivery inspection, they had a 2.5 year old and it was one week from closing. They quickly realized that with another child on the way and the need for home offices, this condo would NOT suit their needs. A quick visit to Milli's in-laws house in Whitby confirmed that they needed a free standing home with a basement and a yard. How did they deal with the condo by getting a 1 year mortgage and purchasing a single family home, and what would she have done differently?
