#030 RSIRE Denise & Gabriel Share Their Experience Buying A Home Before Selling
Denise and her husband Gabriel found their dream home, it was the 3rd house they would buy, but it checked all the boxes. Both had a long drive to the office, and could not get to their daycare in time, so looked for something closer. They looked at Markham and other areas, but decided on Whitby, closer to Gabe's work so that he could pick up the kids.
The market was very hot at the time, and many of the houses they looked at were gone by the time they went to look at them, or submitted an offer but it was already sold. They decided they weren't worried about selling their home, with all the upgrades, but needed to be free to buy, so felt comfortable buying first then selling their homes. How did they match up closing dates? Did they have any second thoughts or fears of not closing? Would they do it again?
