In this podcast, I get a chance to talk to Diana Howerton, who is an Instructional Designer at AdventHealth's Corporate Training Center (AdventHealth is a Seventh-day Adventist non-profit health care system headquartered in Altamonte Springs, FL.). She previously served as a Learning Developer and Corporate Trainer at Plansource Benefits Administration. She also served in the Michigan Army National Guard from 2015-2019. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Geography from Western Michigan University where she received an innovation award from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality for her work on environmental protection as an Intern. She is a passionate learner, teacher, and artist. Outside her day-to-day responsibilities as an Instructional Designer, she exercises her passion for teaching in other areas of interest. She enjoys writing plays, doing comedy skits, writing fiction and non-fiction, and hopes to help others by sharing her story with the world.
