In this podcast, I get a chance to talk to Sarah Pippin, who is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with her own private practice here in Lake Nona (Orlando, FL.), Sarah Pippin Counseling, which provides therapy for the “worried, unsatisfied, or just plain stuck.” Her specialties are in the areas of anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Before opening up her own private practice, she worked in the non-profit sector assisting college students, providing peer mentoring, and coaching services. She obtained her BS in Psychology at Virginia Tech and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
