This week on Real Talk, we get real with Elizabeth of Purely  Parsons, a wife and mother of five living in the Texas hill country bringing health back to the basics. She believes that jumping to pharmaceuticals to cover symptoms is not a healthy lifestyle and is empowering other parents to do the same. As a registered nurse she uses her knowledge to support her passion for empowering others, reduce toxic overload,  and helping others realize that food is medicine. She strives to focus on the root of ailments and not the symptoms and has found healing in natural living. She is using her knowledge and passion to bring families back to God’s design for health and wellness. This is an episode you do not want to miss.

In this week’s episode, we talk about how Elizabeth went from being a registered nurse to a natural living practitioner, how to begin natural living, empowering your decisions, and how natural living has helped her and her family live an optimized and healthy life. We talk about the dangers of being uneducated in health, the current medical system, and so much more.

This conversation is great for anyone who wants to understand natural living has questions about how to start the natural living journey, how food can be medicine, and what are some ways we can all reduce toxic overload in our lives
