Dave Coleman is former British Commando who served in warzones such as Afghanistan during Op Herrick 14. He was a Long Range Rifleman. Injured in a Grenade blast on a Company Operation but managed to Return to the Frontline a month later.
He's been on Migrant Rescue Missions, Saving Migrants who were Stranded at Sea in fishing vessels during Severe Storms.
Since then he's been through what most would call "An adjustment to civilian life" and found it tough in the first few years. He's recently founded Civvy2Commando a training platform helping civilians get fit and prepared for joining the military which has now expanded to corporate events, survival weekends and extreme fitness challenges across the UK.
