Mark Lovell is a former Royal Marines Commando and embarked on military operations including Herrick 9 to name a few. Where his career led him toward security operations in the maritime sector during the "boom" before leaving military style life.
A husband, father of 2 and multiple business owner who owns a chain of barber shops and a gym. He talks about the struggles he had in finding his community and identity after the military. Which is something a lot of veterans struggle with.
This path let him down heavy drinking and drug use, being surrounded by the wrong crowd before he reached a pivotal moment where he sought counselling and ultimately found his passion and love for fitness and 1-1 lifestyle coaching.
Mark is now in the fortunate position where he can pursue his passion in helping others through his experience and self-development journey.
