Real Women, Real Talk with Sara Renshaw

Real Women, Real Talk with Sara Renshaw

Some of my best therapy has come from the women in my life, and that’s where Real Women, Real Talk begins. Every week, I sit with another intelligent, brave, compassionate, and all-around badass woman to hear her story and learn about her struggles, successes, health and wellness, and lifestyle. The purpose of this podcast is to hold space for women to listen, relate, and share resources that guide you to self-healing and empowerment just by hearing from other women who have been where you are and lived to tell their stories. Real-life examples by women, for women.
