app that I use to make extra cash back.
So a lot of you all use your vehicle's not necessarily to go
work, but To do other things, maybe go shopping, or you may be

traveling or something like that.
And this app is called upside, and you can download it on
Google Play or the App Store, and this app will give you cash
back. If you get gas through any of
their gas retailers, are Partners within the app, it's
really easy to do. And so, all you have to do is

download the app, sign up, and then enable your no love your
Location when you're driving. So if you're driving in your
area, it will give you a list ofgas stations that you can go to
and it will give you cash back. So every time you purchase gas,
you will get it. So you either have to scan your

receipt or you can include your card that you use within the app
and it will credit back to your account.
So that way you can get cash back or you can get gift cards,
they can spend just like cash, make sure.

headlines recently in not too long ago.
A few months back, it kind of was surfaced again to so a lot
of high-profile individuals. And business owners, and people

filled that work working from home is not a good alternative
or option. In fact, they want to damper and
even eliminated altogether. And, you know, they claim that
working from home is counterintuitive that it really
(05:23):
hampers your work ethic and productivity.
But I find that to be the exact opposite and a Cases.
And that's why working from homeis still here, and people are
still doing it employers. See, the value to allow their
employees to work remotely. Not only does it say the money,
(05:43):
but they're able to still get the workload done in a timely
manner, but that's some of the theories that are put out there
online. They don't want people and
employees to still allow workersHas to work remotely.
They want that option to go awayaltogether.
And so you may be wondering why would they want that?

Why why would these high-profilepeople want us to work on site
because of course you know we have to be in traffic and then
you know we have to commute pay gas and maintenance on our
vehicles more upkeep that they'll be more of a cost to us
(06:27):
and why it would I Want to work from home.
If I don't have to, if I can do everything that I can do from
home on site, why do I need to work from home?
So, you know, there's always an agenda behind something like
this, this kind of controversialand upsetting to a lot of
people. Well, the real reason that a lot
(06:51):
of these business owners and corporations, want you to work
from home, I don't want you to work from home and want you to
come back on say is because theyhave invested millions and
millions of dollars in these Office Buildings and high-rise
buildings and they're not occupied.
(07:12):
So there may be 50 percent occupied, there are a lot of
vacancies and in order for them to be able to purchase those
buildings, of course they would have to take out loans from the
bank. And so if you're not there, then
they may default on those loans.And so what they really want you
to do. And so all the money that they
(07:33):
borrowed from those loans at gotto pay it back, so they really
want you to help them pay their bills.
So if you work on site, then they have they're able to pay
those loans back and they won't be fought on long because they
don't have those those buildingsare empty.
So they're still paying monthly for that.
(07:54):
And nobody's in those buildings.So that's really, it's really
for the commercial real estate profits that they stand to lose.
That's really the agenda that They are promoting behind a
smokescreen of working from homeis not a good option.

They don't they don't endorse it.
In fact, they've stopped a lot of their corporations and
companies from even allowing people work from home, and I
know a lot of you are listening to this podcast want to work
from home and so that's another reason why I started this
podcast is to no matter what happens.

I am going to scour the web to find you the latest work from
home jobs. So I'm going to share those with
you in this podcast as many as Ican find them and share them
with you. In fact, there's a company
that's hiring a thousand people to work from home that I
mentioned at the outset in the US.
And In Canada. So a lot of people are trying to

threaten that work from home idea and module.
And that's why it's good to be apart of a support group that can
help you. When we go through these
difficult times workers on boardCommunity.
Like I said, is a great group tobe a part of because there are
people sharing work at home jobsthere on a daily basis and we

all need encouragement and support.
And Can help us to, with our have a positive mindset and just
to stay in it for the long haul and not give up on working from

that to you. So I wanted to talk to you about
five companies that will allow you to work anytime.

So one of the ones that you can try is Telus International.
You. Don't need a resume here, you
can live anywhere in the world. You don't have to talk to
people. The phone, they will train you
to do your job and you will get paid hourly.
And so they have lots of different jobs here that you can
check out and look over. You may need to take an

assessment. But there's not a long drawn-out
hiring process, so this is one of the companies that you want
to try. Another company is data,
annotation Tech in my last podcast episode, I've talked
about this company because they will pay you to interact with
chat, Bots up to $20 per hour. But again, you can work on your
(10:33):
own schedule. You don't have to commit to a
certain hourly, our requirement here that you have to work.
They have tasks and you can complete your Ascent, create
your account, complete your assessment, and then start
making money even the same day. So this is another company that
(10:54):
you can try. Another one is called Omni
interactions. Now they hire what's called a
recruit? What's what's called?
An independent contractor? So you won't be hired as an
employee. Meaning, you will get benefits
and all of that. But you still Will be retained
to work here and complete different tasks and job duties.

What's nice about this is that you can work your own schedule
and then if you're interested inany of the dogs, they have
available. All you have to do is click to
find a gig. And then it will tell you all
about the job and how you can get started to become a

contractor for Omni interactions.
And Some of the perks that comesalong with it again, you can
schedule your own hours work. When it's convenient for you,
you don't have to have a resume here.
You can earn up to $20 per hour and you don't have to have
private preview, excuse me. Previous experience to work

course, smartphone computer and all of that, but you can work
for this company. So it's an entry-level job,
another. Company that does the same
thing. Kind of goes by the same module

want to. So if you have other things that
you need to do, Maybe you have 21 schools in session.
Get your kids on the bus when they go back to school will you
have time to do that? If you work in 15-minute

experience here at all. This is an entry-level job, have
a lot of openings. So I'm really confident that

pay its $14.50 per hour, plus you're going to get bonuses and

that go along with this job. So it says here that you need 0
to 3 years of customer support experience.
But because it starts at zero, if you don't have any, you could
still get this job. Job.
Especially if you have exemplarycommunication skills that you

can articulate complex and Technical Concepts.
You have a knack for being able to do that.
You have good attention to detail and you're proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite. Now this is a pretty decent
paying work from home job. We're going to make 40 to 45
thousand dollars a year. Course that range depends.

You will also receive benefits medical dental vision and it

to 3 years of customer support experience.
But because it starts at zero, if you don't have any, you could

You have a knack for being able to do that.
You have good attention to detail and you're proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite. Now this is a pretty decent
