The wellness industry is all about terms like 'masculine energy vs. feminine energy' and as a non-binary person it makes me uncomfortable. In this episode Billie talks about the use of gendered language in wellness spaces and suggests more inclusive language to avoid exclusion. They emphasized the importance of considering one's own beliefs and consulting with the queer community to ensure inclusive language is used.
