A lot of us are feeling a little (or a lot) or the weight of the world right now. This week's election results, the genocide in Palestine and whatever you have going on in your life might be leaving you feeling a little scared, anxious, or all sorts of feelings. This week we start off by naming that, then I read you some cute, lighthearted facts (mostly about animals), to bring a teeny bit of joy into your day. Not to fix things, but to help you ground. At the end of the episode I name a few tools to help deal with anxiety.
