Song song.

(00:34):

Come join me every Wednesdayand Sunday afternoon at 2.30 pm
Eastern Time to hear real-lifeconversations with experts
around the world on how we canheal our body, mind, soul and
spirit.
So let's get talking With thesound.

(00:57):
Hi everybody, halida Hernandez,rebooted Mindset.
Welcome back everybody.
It's episode 55.
Can you believe this is episodenumber 55?
I can't.
It's 55 episodes.
When I first started today, Iwas nervous.
I don't know why.
I felt like I was the firstepisode just because I said it

(01:19):
was 55.
But today we are live.
So if you have comments orquestions, please put it in the
chat.
You can put it on YouTube, onFacebook when else am I at?
On Twitter.
So any of those platforms thatI'm streaming live right now,
just put your comments in thereand I can see who it is.
I'll say how do you?

(01:39):
So today's topic is from fear tohealing.
Topic is from fear to healing, and the reason I said from fear
to healing is because I wasfacing for a while a couple of
months happened a couple oftimes facing fears, fears of
losing my house or losingbusiness, whatever the fear is

(02:01):
right.
I had some things that I wasconcerned about, and I don't
know if everybody out there doesthis, but when something, when
you can't control something oryou feel like you can't control
something, the fear startstaking in and that soap opera
starts happening in your brain.
Well, if this happens, then I'mgonna go do this, and then I'm
gonna go do this and you're likehold on, hold on, back it up,

(02:23):
back it up.
Why am I doing this?
So far I've already have like10 episodes, right, going on.
Because because your brain juststarts going on and it just
goes off.
And you have to.
You have to control your brain.
It's your brain, right?
So you need to control whatyou're thinking and what you're
saying, and easier said thandone, right, that expression
that they say.

(02:43):
So I had read something, a post, that said when you have fear,
to have coffee or tea with yourfear, hey, susan, how you doing?
Thanks for watching.
So I sat down one day and Isaid you know what?

(03:06):
I'm tired of this fear, I'mtired of feeling, getting
anxiety, getting like you know, you start, your stomach starts
hurting, oh, I don't want to eat.
Like all these weird thingshappen to you and you can't
think straight.
You can't function.
You're trying to work.
You can't function because thefear keeps popping up on the on
your brain, like that the littleguy on the shoulder telling you

(03:27):
hey, concentrate on me, youknow.
And I just said no, you knowwhat?
I'm gonna have coffee with myfear today.
So I said exactly what I did.
I said what is my fear?
Let me face my fear.
Okay, fear, okay.
I'm afraid of say losing mybusiness, for example.
So I said why?
Okay, because this, this andthis.

(03:48):
Then I realized those threethings that were I was fearful
really didn't make a difference, like it doesn't matter if any,
whatever, anybody else thinks oranything like that, because
it's my, my business, my lifeand all I am is responsible for
is myself and my family.
So when we start getting out ofthe box and this is just my

(04:09):
thoughts, you know I'm no expertI go through life experiences
and that's what I give you.
So just a disclaimer again I dobring in experts that they're
an expert in their field and forme it's more about my life
experiences and what I can sharewith you that worked for me and
then guide you to other peoplethat can teach you steps on how

(04:31):
to change your mindset and howto embrace these issues that you
go through.
So I literally sat down, like Isaid, and just sat down and
just faced those fears, wrotethem down, looked at them in the
eye and said that's what I fear.
And I had to come up with whyand a solution to the fear.

(04:54):
I had to replace it withsomething I don't want fear.
So now, yeah, dance with yourfear.
Right, have coffee with yourfear.
You have to, you have toembrace it.
And because you know, I didn'tunderstand this and just came to
me.
So my first bout of a drug issuethat I had was back in the 80s,

(05:17):
when I lived in Hollywood,california.
So if anybody knows about the80s in California, or just the
80s in general, it was cocainecity.
Ok, anywhere you went, any clubyou went to, there was cocaine.
You don't have to buy cocaine,it was just available, it was on
table, People had it.
They would give it to you.
It was crazy.

(05:37):
Hey, juan, como esta, jose, como esta?
Gracias por estar aqui, thankyou, thank you.
So it was.
It was very powerful that theinfluence you know when you're
around, when you're surroundedby that.
It was there.
And I remember I started.

(05:58):
I was thinking about the otherday, why, why don't people
really do drugs, you know?
And I was thinking about whydid I do drugs back then?
And it all was because Icouldn't deal with an emotion
that happened or trauma that Iwent through.
I couldn't deal with theemotional pain that I was going
through and I didn't want tofeel it.
So what's the easiest thing todo is to numb yourself, drink,

(06:20):
do drugs, anything to get awayfrom it.
Okay, and you can have, you canhave sex.
I mean, there's so many thingsthat you can be addicted to.
All right, there's a lot ofthings you can be the gambling.
I'm just to come randomlythinking of these things.
But then I started thinkingabout it.
Wow, if you really startthinking about it, most people
who do drugs, nobody goes out,and I honestly didn't say I'm

(06:43):
going to do drugs and messmyself up.
Nobody goes out.
And I honestly didn't say I'mgoing to do drugs and mess
myself up, ok, and lose my joband lose my family and just
screw my life up.
No, you never say that, ok, younever say that.
You only the only thing.
You say, the only thing you'rethinking about that moment where
you have that drink or do adrug or something is is.
I just want to be numb rightnow.

(07:03):
I don't want to feel anything,I don't want to think anything
and that's why you do it.
But you know what?
Those things don't go away.
Um, journaling, doing a braindump can help someone, all right
.
So thanks, Susan, talking aboutbrain dump, doing journaling,
journaling is good and I can'tget into it too much, maybe
because I'm just so busy.

(07:23):
I just can't have the time towrite.
It's just not my thing.
But maybe one day I'll get intoit.
But there are many factors thatyou can do, you know, to see it
, because sometimes you don'tsee what's right in front of you
, right?
You don't see this paper.
If you put your name on thepaper, I put Alida and put my
faults or whatever things that Ifear you, and put my faults or
whatever things that I fear, you're like, ooh, like, once you

(07:45):
see it in black and white, it'slike, ooh, it's rough, right,
it's rough, you're facing it.
So, anyway, embracing yourfears.
So what I just figured out isthat I've been masking a lot of
things all my life, right?

(08:06):
I've been masking drugs, masking pain for me, liquor,
masking pain for me.
And then food, right, food ishuge.
Food's another thing that youget addicted to, because food,
what you know, oh, I want somevanilla ice cream.
There's something about the icecream, the sugar, oh, this is
so like, right, I mean, it'slike they call it food porn,

(08:27):
right, for a reason they call itthat because people have that,
you know, they get some drink.
Oh, this is so good and they'redrinking stuff, and it's like,
because it gives you an euphoriain your brain, right, it gives
you this emotion and it makesyou forget the moment that
you're there.
Emotion and it makes you forgetthe moment that you're there.

(08:49):
So, anyway, so, trying to getover these things that you
substitute for not reallydealing with the issue.
And today also and I can't givecomments who it was, because I
don't, I just remembered inpassing I saw something that
said sorry, oh sorry, I justleft.
It just left me.
Um, about the fear.
Well, come back to me, um, oh,that fear, things that happened

(09:13):
to you, right, that's in thepast.
We're in the present, right?
So what happened to you 10years ago?
It's really not relevant, okay,is it happening to you right
now?
No, so, move on, and I'm beingharsh, I'm just saying it, you
know, kind of dry, but I'm justtrying to get a point across

(09:33):
that we hold onto things.
It's like holding onto garbageor holding onto stuff.
You know people hoard hoarders.
You've seen people that are?
Have you seen those shows ofhoarders?
You've seen people that?
Have you seen those shows ofhoarders out there?
Well, why do you think they dothat?
It's an emotional, mental issue, right, because they are.
They have so much trauma andpain that they cannot.

(09:55):
That's better.
The other one anyway.
Um, they have so much traumaand pain, for whatever reason
somebody died, died, or theirpet died or anything Little
things that happen, right, orbig things that happen in their
life, and they don't know how todeal with it.
So they feel who knows whatthey're thinking?
But they start hoarding becauseit was like eating.

(10:17):
So keeping things makes themhappy.
It's like buying a new.
Some people are shopaholics,right?
Some people like to go to thestore.
If I buy something new, itmakes me feel so good.
Doesn't it make you feel goodto buy a new dress or a pair of
shoes or something like that?
You get a euphoria again too.
So people start substituting,right?
Instead of dealing with theissue, they start band-aiding it

(10:40):
.
They start band-aiding it andthey start putting hoarding or
uh, I mean just little, littlethings.
I mean, like I said, majorthings like drugs and alcohol,
but it just really it's.
It's really amazing theemotional toll your body takes,
but it's because your mind isletting it do it.

(11:00):
So I've learned now that yourmind is everything.
Okay, you control everythingfrom here.
Okay, you have one brain.
You control everything fromhere.
What you think you make reality.
So I wanted a business.
I want.
This is what I wanted to do.
We designed this whole studiohere, jc, and I put it on paper.

(11:24):
Jc, he drew it on paper all thetables.
We knew what furniture wewanted.
We knew, um, we knew what colorwe wanted.
We just knew everything that wewanted for this place, excuse
me, so, um, and we justenvisioned and envisioned until
it was happened.
Until it happened, and it is.

(11:46):
Sometimes it's not.
It's not that simple, butactually it is that simple.
What am I saying?
Think about it.
I envision.
Now, sometimes you know thingsthat you want.
There's a lot of meditation onYouTube.
You have to find crediblepeople.
You want there's a lot ofmeditation on YouTube.

(12:06):
You have to find crediblepeople, but there are certain
meditations while you're goingto sleep.
That is very, very good foryour subconscious and it makes
you envision like you envisionparadise.
What is your paradise, what isyour great place to be, that you
have no fear, right?
And this is just me, this is mywords.
You know, things that I'veexperienced and that come up to

(12:29):
me just helping me for thosetimes that have been difficult,
and there are days that are moredifficult than others.
But you know, through faith andhaving more faith, I feel that
I've really and becoming more intune to myself, like learning
who I am and learning what, howintelligent I am, and accepting

(12:51):
myself.
You know, loving myself andopening my heart to help other
people and love other peopleunconditionally has changed my
life completely and it's just.
I don't know, that's the onlyway I can say it, because that's
how I feel.
I feel more at peace withmyself.
I had to go through a scenariothat I was sick and I had to

(13:13):
come back from that and I toldeverybody.
I said I made a choice Do Ilive or do I die?
So I chose life and because Ichose life, I chose to be the
best that I can do, treat mybody as good as I can do,
because I didn't do it before.
I realized all my life I abusedmy body with what I ate, what I

(13:36):
drank, the drugs, everything.
I abused my body, I abused mymind by what I was reading or
what I was watching or lookingon internet, okay, or the
friends that I had.
So I had several poisons goingon.
You know the people you'rearound.
It's a whole other thing too.
You know, my mother used to sayyou are on the company that you

(13:58):
keep, or something like that.
Like you are the person you arebecause of the company you keep
.
So if you want to be a betterperson and have and have a good
heart and about learning, aboutspirituality and and just
becoming a better person, youhave to be around those people,
and there's a lot of us here andit's going to be here at Studio

(14:19):
33.
So I'm going to say that rightnow We've already done sound
healing and meditation heretwice.
I also have one of my sponsors.
We can talk about him nowScalar Light, tom Palladino.
He's an amazing man.
I've spoken to him a couple oftimes.

(14:40):
Go get your 30 day free sessionat Scalar scaler lightnet and
and check it out.
It doesn't cost you anything,it doesn't hurt, you don't have
to go anywhere.
All you do is log in here, yousend your photo, a couple of
photos of yourself andeverything's to a photograph.
So through that photograph hewill send energy to you which

(15:04):
will be healing energy tobalance your chakras, open
everything up, be able toreceive healing.
He has testimony from 5,000people in India from an AIDS
refugee camp that have all beenhealed camp, that have all been

(15:28):
healed, all of them blood testedbefore, during and after.
So they have clinical proofthat they have no more HIV.
Okay, so this is a testament toscalar light.
He said he's harnessing God'senergy and the energy of the
universe into this Tesla coilthat he has created and he is
sending that energy to us.
It's hard to understand, it'shard to you know, but think

(15:49):
about it as God.
Can you explain God?
It's hard to explain God, sothink about that.
It's something that God hasgiven us and he has harnessed
something that he can help us.
So go for it.
I've been doing it, jc has beenon it, the family's been on it.
So JC's aunt is on scalar lightand she's always had high blood

(16:14):
pressure.
And the other day she wasfeeling a little dizzy and she
wasn't feeling well and I'm likelet me check your blood
pressure.
So I check her blood pressure.
It was 100 over 70.
I go, wow, your blood pressureis low.
Did you shake your medicine?
She said no, not this morning.
Yet I'm like really, I go, oh,you're on scalar light.
I don't know, could be, I don'tknow, but she's been on scalar

(16:39):
light.
Her blood pressure hasplummeted down.
So now she's not.
She's like takes medicationmaybe once a week, and even that
we have.
That we just told her becauseit went up a little bit.
But I bet you that she'll beoff of those medications soon.
And the whole point is gettingoff all prescription medication.
I'm almost done.

(16:59):
I got one thing left and I willbe completely clean from all
prescription medication.
I am really happy and gratefulto know that my journey by the
end of this year, I declare I'mgoing to be off of my last
medication.
That's it, it's done.

Speaker 2 (20:50):
So I'm Andrea Hammer.
I am a certified fitnesstrainer.
I'm a certified health andwellness coach.

(21:11):
I am the creator and developerof a brand new, amazing fitness
tool called the MaxPak.
The MaxPak stands for maximumpower and core.
I was looking for a fitnesstraining tool that was more
useful than a dumbbell, and Icreated this really amazing
thing where the movement of thematerial inside moved every way

(21:35):
I moved and made the resistanceheavier every direction I went.
So I had to grip it harder withmy fingers fist, wrist, arm,
forearm and it reallyimmediately, the minute I picked
it up, it engaged all mymuscles so succinctly and firmly
.
Before I even started workingout with it, I was like, oh wow,
this is so awesome.

(21:56):
And then I developed 150, 200different fun, amazing, kick-ass
ways to really work it.
The MaxPak Maximum Power andCore is going to be the newest,
most amazing fitness trainingsystem.
Today, on the MaxPak I have myempowerment words Strength,

(22:18):
endurance, integrity andcommitment, and these words have
really, really, really greatmeaning to me because I live by
these.
I signed my name and my company, hammer health and fitness, is
on this, so the truth andintegrity and strength and
endurance and commitment from meto you is literally written on

(22:39):
this bag, and if you bangedyourself in the head or you
dropped it on your foot, itwon't break you and you're going
to see your body burn fat, build muscle, shred yourself.
Your balance is going to bebetter, your cardiovascular is
going to improve, your stabilityis going to be stronger.
Your whole body and mind isgoing to transform.

(22:59):
Because the MaxPak has requiredfocus.
The muscles are engaged, boomright from the get-go and then
you start working out.
It's a double whammy workoutand I have to tell you happy and
healthy ways to exercise yourmuscles and your mind, because
you really have to focus on themovement, and that's why I love
my MaxPak.

(23:19):
I thought it was unbelievable, actually, and I really got a lot
of benefit out of it.
Functional activation of totalbody with this product.
I love it.
Very effective, works all themuscles, muscles that you don't
even think that you are using orengaging.
Amazing.
I was engaged in my obliquesand it was just one of the best
products I've actually ever used.
In and in, out and out.

(23:41):
There you go Enough.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
In and in, out and out.
There you go.
It's enough to burn your assright now.
Hi everybody, I just want tosay thank you to Andrea Hammer
and her Max Pack.
They're amazing, try it out.
We're going to have a pop-upexercise class here.
We don't have a set date yet,but you will see it, I will post
it and I have my match packjust to show you that I do have

(24:06):
one here.
Oh, let me get it.
It's eight pounds.
Eight pounds.
This is a sandwich, hold right, and then you can just sit here
and just kind of raise it allright.
Or you can do tricep and itengages your muscle right away
because you have to hold it.
So as you're holding it, it'salready like your muscles
already squeezing.
And let me tell you you don'thave to do 100, you know, or 25.

(24:29):
You know when you go to the gymyou have to do all these reps,
but that you do less the repsand it works amazing.
So right now I have Gus Barneyhere.
Thank you for coming, gus, thank you.
So I don't even know how Iexplain everything.
I just I know you're acertified theta healer
transformational energy.
I know you work a lot withenergy and you've created

(24:50):
different programs, so that'swhy I invited you here, so you
can discuss it more.
He says it better than me, soI'll let him say it well, okay,
um, everything unfolds becauseof our subconscious mind.

Speaker 3 (25:04):
But what is the deal with our subconscious mind?
Why do we have so many issues?
In the last segment you weretalking about fear.
Okay, where's the fear comingfrom?
The fear comes because itstarts before birth and it goes
from zero to seven.
So what happens?
What do they tell little kids?
Don't do that, you're going tofall down.

(25:26):
No, don't do that one either.
You know, don't run too fast, don't do this.
So the kid comes in withfearless, as you can see them
run around fearless.
But eventually there's anaccumulation that takes inside
of our subconscious mind, fromour unconscious mind, which is

(25:46):
really the parents and otherpeople saying you know, don't do
that, don't do that, you'regoing to hurt yourself, this,
that Well, that's how we startgetting programmed.
Why do we get programmed atthat age?
Why is it so damaging?
Because we are in a theta stateof mind.
That age from zero to seven.
You're in a theta state of mind.

(26:08):
So therefore it's a state ofmind where you have no
filtration systems.
So you're like a record justrecording all that stuff, like a
sponge, absorbing the good, thebad and the ugly.
And this is then we have to seeabout how are we going to heal
these things in the future?

Speaker 1 (26:28):
Wow.
So there's just things thatstay in your subconscious mind
since you were young.
You're pre-programmed.
You're pre-programmed.
That's why.
I tell people anything likeprejudice and racism, all that
stuff.
You're all pre-programmed,that's learned, it's a learned
behavior.

Speaker 3 (26:42):
It came from somebody else, right?
60% of the unconscious materialcomes from your mother and
father and the people aroundthem.
That's a huge amount of stuff.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
And their fears, and their fears, absolutely, they
put more fears on you.
Well, that's it.

Speaker 3 (27:00):
It's a generational thing with the fears.
So we have to decide to cutthis thing off at some point.
We have to make a realconscious decision to say, hey,
listen, I'm not going to playthat game anymore.
Why am I going to be scared ofthis?
You know, it's not actuallyreally happening, it's just my
brain that is doing it.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
Right, that's a soap opera that I keep saying in the
movie and the movie and it'sjust, it's too much, and I think
a lot of people do this.
I think it's something that'ssomething that everybody's gone
through because the way they'vebeen trained by their parents.
So explain to me really what istheta state?
What is that?

Speaker 3 (27:42):
That's a brainwave, that's a state of mind that when
you're young, that's the onethat you have that allows you to
learn so fast.
You see how kids can learn sofast because they're in a.
They're in that nice space, things are nice in that data
space.
But what the theta state ofmind doesn't have is it has the
filtration system that you havemore with an alpha state of mind

(28:06):
which is not as high, and thenyou have the next state of mind,
which is the beta state of mind.
Now, the higher you are in thatbeta state of mind, the more
nuts you get.
Okay, that's where, like in thehigh states of beta, you get
road rage.
You have all kinds of things.
People have all kinds ofdysfunctions and breakdowns and

(28:30):
all kinds of things start totake place.
Wow, and that's all fromemotional buildup, that's right,
and you and people have to knowthat we can't keep stuffing
feelings inside of our bodies.
You just can't do that, becausewhat happens is this it's like
an envelope.
You're putting a bunch ofletters in there.
Eventually, the envelope isgoing to give way, it's going to

(28:53):
start splitting at the seamsand your body does the same
thing, and we break down and weget sick.

Speaker 1 (29:00):
Yes, I just discovered that we get sick.
Yes, I just discovered that.
I just thought about that theother day because I was talking
about the fear and facing whatwas bothering me.
And then I realized that when Iused to go from like a new job,
when you get a new job, I wouldget after like three months I
would be sick.
Why would I always get sickbefore the new job?

(29:25):
And then I just realized thereason I got sick was from all
the stress, all the theexpectation I put on myself, all
the expectations that they'reputting on me, like it's so much
to change Right, and you're notemotionally ready, you're not
handling it Well.
I wasn't handling it well and Ididn't realize that I was
physically showing my I guess myanxiety, like how would you say
that?
You know?
I was physically manifestingthe issue of everything that was

(29:49):
going on.

Speaker 3 (29:50):
Correct and it comes from you know somewhere, some
blind spot inside of yoursubconscious that said hey,
listen, when you were two yearsold this happened and you know
you didn't do it right.
My mother said you know you'renot doing it right, you're kind
of stupid.
You got this issue or you gotthat issue and there you go with

(30:11):
the fear.
You're coming into the job withall of that, and these are the
things that need to be corrected.

Speaker 1 (30:19):
I mean, and I think everybody has baggage, because
you don't know where you comefrom, what your upbringing.
We don't choose our parents, atleast I don't know.
I don't know if we do or not.
I mean, that might, that's awhole nother.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
That's a whole nother journey, so we won't talk about
that right now, but I've heardother things.

Speaker 1 (30:37):
But because I think our lives, we've had a lot of
journeys.
I know I went through a periodof time I said there's no
reincarnation.
What are you talking about?
Because of the church rightwould tell me no.
But then I realized that we areenergy.
That's right, and energydoesn't die.
So our physical body will die,but not our soul or spirit

(30:57):
doesn't die correct.

Speaker 3 (30:59):
No, we're eternal beings.
We were created that way.
Our souls are part of God.
I mean, that's what it is.
That's why we can generate somuch power.
That's why our intuition comesin from up above.
Okay, because the soul was apart of God.
That was given to us andtherefore that is deep

(31:21):
connection.
A lot of people don't get that, but that's the way it is.
When somebody knows somethingthat you couldn't have possibly
known because you didn't tellthem and they know all about it,
what does that mean?
That they have channeled thatenergy and that energy is
available.
One day, everything will betransparent.

(31:41):
I don't know when, certainlyprobably not in my lifetime, but
we can see through things andif you've been doing the work,
you're able to see through theveil and able to detect things.
That's part of what I do iswhen people journal you were
just talking about journaling.
They journal.
Journaling is a good thing.
Initially, people writenonsense.

(32:03):
Journal is a good thing.
Initially, people writenonsense, but eventually, after
they've written enough stuff, they start to get bone-crushing
honest and now, okay, that'swhere I can start digging
information and saying, okay, this is what happened to you.
Okay, this is the top beliefsystem.
Now we're going to have to downspiral and see where this came
from.
Wow, where was the main issuethat brought this thing up?

(32:29):
Okay, and that's what we startdoing the repair with.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
So because it just dawned on me and I didn't
mention it before, and I do wantto mention this before the show
is over, because I thought itwas important about something we
discussed before which goesback into the fear and all that
stuff too, and how your falseexpectations appear in real
Right.
Fear, right, so no, how would aperson deal with you?

(33:00):
Know how, I guess, when you'rein a?
I remember when I was, I say,in a bad state of mind.
Right, I wasn't, my mind wasn'tcorrect.
So I was going through a cycleLike I would meet, like I was
single.
I just became single.
I got divorced.
It was very difficult.
I started dating.
I would meet one guy I'm likeand then I go.

(33:22):
Why does it seem like they'reall the same?
Right, because it was a pattern.
I have a pattern.

Speaker 3 (33:28):
We have patterns, we have programs and then from
there we go on automatic pilot.
I mean, we do run a lot of ourlives in automatic pilot.
Think about that.
And that's the subconsciousmind working, because how often
do I?
You know, you go OK, you lockthe key, you lock the door of
your house, you get in the car, you're thinking about totally

(33:50):
something else, you have no idea, you know, and all of a sudden
you still get to yourdestination.
Who was there?
It was your subconscious mind, certainly not you, because you
were occupied with other things.
Who locked the door?
It was automatic pilot, know, Imean, I remember, right, you
don't even remember you don'teven remember.
I go back sometimes oh, I lockedthe door.
I said okay, so my subconsciousmind was working.

(34:13):
Okay, from all the programmingthat we have, I mean and some of
it is super okay, we lock thedoor, we get here.
You know, we do the things thatwe need to do, but some of them
are not so good.

Speaker 1 (34:26):
Exactly.

Speaker 3 (34:27):
When it comes from the unconscious mind.
That kind of programming wewant to be programmed from the
conscious mind, that went insideof the subconscious, and not
from the unconscious mind.
That's really screwing with usinside of the subconscious.
All the damage is being causedin there Now once it's
integrated into the subconsciousmind.

(34:49):
Now you got troubles, now yougot to work through it.
I mean, now we get anxiety, weget depression, we have panic
attacks, you name it.
Things happen to cause us tostart breaking down.
Our brains are very primitive,no matter what people think.
So we have to allow spirit toget in and work through spirit,

(35:11):
because our brains are veryprimitive and it's easy to
change your mindset.
One minute we're doing great.
Then somebody says boo, and now, oh man, what happened here?
This is awful.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (35:26):
And, and, and.
Now you're running and you'realready so programmed that you
know your brain, ok, has asecond brain and that's into the
physical body.
So all of that information, nowit's relayed inside of your
body.
So you're saying, you know, mymind is kind of calm, but you
know, my stomach doesn't feelgood, or my chest.
I'm like, oh, what is this?

(35:48):
I'm not able to breathe.
Well, yes, you know, I'mfeeling this stuff because now
you have a second brain.
So now you could have twobrains beating the daylights out
of you, just pounding you likethis.

Speaker 1 (35:59):
Yeah, I had Dr George Love.
He's an acupuncturist, hewrites Qigong and other things
and he always said you havethree brains, not two, but your
physical brain, your stomach andyour intestines.
Because you know we'reconnected and I'm one that when
I'm not well my stomach startsacting up.
And I'm not well and I keptsaying why is my stomach bad?

(36:26):
And I didn't put it two and twotogether until the other day
and it's like, oh, it's allemotional.

Speaker 2 (36:28):
So I'm like sorry.

Speaker 1 (36:29):
I'm sorry.
The emotion is going to mystomach so it just like sits
here, like I'm not, like you atelike a whole meatball for
something.

Speaker 3 (36:36):
Well, no, of course it's.
It's not, it's not a good thing.

Speaker 1 (36:45):
And we have to really start working at reprogramming
ourselves.
Yes, and it takes time.
I mean I, I, I for the last, Iwant to say year, two years.
So the last two years I reallybeen deep diving into reading
about mindset and energy andtuning in, really getting more
closer to God and and kind ofreleasing things that you know

(37:07):
patterns and you know thingsthat don't like suit you, like
I've been learning how to let goof things that don't serve you
anymore.
That's a whole other thing.
That's against with the fearand all this other stuff.
You have to let go of things.
Like I said before, the past isthe past, so this is present.
This is me right now.
So what is?
How are you now today, you know, and there's nobody here after

(37:32):
me to hurt me or anything, sothere's no reason.
You know Right?

Speaker 3 (37:37):
So it's a matter of surrendering it and letting it
go.
You know, not allowing it toaffect you, taking a look at it,
observing it and saying why.
You know, not allowing it toaffect you, taking a look at it,
observing it and saying why amI thinking this way?
But we do have to questionourselves.
We've got to question thatinner critic.
We can't just let the innercritic do whatever the hell he
wants, because it's notconducive to feeling well and

(38:00):
being well.
We want to actually have thebrain release the chemicals that
help us to anti-age, that helpus help our bodies, that help us
in life that allows us to behappy.
We don't want to release thehormones like a high level of
cortisol that's tearing ourbodies down and destroying us.

(38:24):
This is just who wants to cookin their own sauce.

Speaker 1 (38:28):
And I think your product right Brain Ease, Brain
at Ease, Brain at Ease Brain atEase.
I have it right here.
So this product has a lot ofnatural things, but you can
explain it better because it'smade with love and God's energy.
I think, Right.

Speaker 3 (38:45):
Brain at Ease is a channel product and the idea
behind Brain at Ease is to allowthe left and right hemispheres
of the brain to come together soas to ease us, to take us away
from being fearful.
Because what happens when weget fearful?
Fear, fearness, brings us intoa beta state of mind.

(39:05):
The higher we get into thatbeta state of mind, the worse we
get, so the most moreincoherent we're not able to
realistically, you know, putourselves forward in the right
way.
This is where we make moremistakes than at any other time,
because we're a little bit outof control.

(39:26):
So what do we do when you canbring the left and the right
hemispheres of the braintogether and calm the system
down?
You're creating balance in thebody first, and second you're
going to a higher vibration.
Unlike some of the drugs thatare out there to do this kind of
stuff, they lower yourvibrations.

(39:48):
They either dumb you down, theygive you headaches, they cause
all kinds of issues.
This thing was created to helpyou, to help you Let go of the
fears.

Speaker 1 (39:58):
That's good.
So before I get into more aboutthe product, susan was asking
where the product is sold.
We will put some links later.
Gus Gus will probably have somehere at the studio 33 will have
some here to sell and onNovember 16th we'll definitely
have them here.
So please come by the studio topick them up.

(40:19):
I also had Rachel hey, rachel, how are you doing?
Rachel saying hi to both of us,and she had a question.
So how do I rewire my brain?

Speaker 3 (40:28):
She said how do you rewire your brain?
Well, you know this is.
I created nine steps to ahealthy mind, and nine steps to
a healthy mind is for me, andI'm working to get more
practitioners to be able toresolve issues that are
childhood issues, that the innerchild, you know, hasn't been

(40:49):
able to work it out effectively.
Because we have we're an adult, but we still have an inner
child.
The inner child doesn't get, okay, what the adult gets, but
it doesn't matter that the adultgets it.
If the inner child doesn't getit, the inner child is the one
that's going to create thesituation that you don't like.

(41:12):
That's the damaging effect thatyou have.
So, if we're not taking care ofmeaning me, meaning me is going
to beat the daylights out of usand that what it's and that's
another truth.

Speaker 1 (41:25):
It's we're the one who beat ourselves up.
I mean, I think about all thestuff that you you're, you know,
you're home like I mean, Iremember when I was, uh, when I
first got divorced um, my kidswere little and it was it was
very difficult.
I was like what was I thinking, like you know, when I got to
board and I was home, and thenyou weigh, you know, you weigh
the pros and the cons of therelationship and all that stuff.

(41:48):
But later on, now that I'm, youknow, in my age, now I think
about it going.
Man, I didn't know crap, like Ididn't know what I was doing.
I was 20.
I got married, 23 years old,okay, and then I wasn't even,
you know, I was like I was inlove with him, but I was still
not happy with myself at thattime because I had been in an
abusive relationship withsomebody that I thought I really

(42:10):
loved, so that I had baggagealready at 23 years old, so that
just that just continued.

Speaker 3 (42:28):
No-transcript until your parents die.
Then you know I had my fatherpass away and, yes, you know you
remember the bad stuff, butthere was, there was a lot of
good stuff in there.
You just have to be able to umrelease that, let it go it just,
you know you don't want to makeit a part of you, you don't

(42:51):
want to repeat it.
What happens is this you catchyourself.
If you don't catch yourself, you got the same emotion working
you over again and again andagain.
So if you can't transmute thatenergy, you're going to be a
victim to that energy.
So I mean, you watch yourself.
If you keep repeating thatnasty stuff, okay, it's going to

(43:16):
bring forward with force fromthe subconscious mind and say,
here I'm going to smack youagain.
It's just, it's that simple.
It's not.
This is not rocket science.

Speaker 1 (43:27):
We almost cause our not that we cause everything
that happens in our life.
But we have to be reallycareful.
And I didn't understand thisOur words, like somebody told me
, our words.
They're called spelling.
You know what spelling wordsspell.
What is the spell?
Right, so words are a spell.
So if you say I'm a piece ofpoop and I'm never going to

(43:49):
amount to anything and I'm justguess what, that's what you're
going to do.
But if you get yourself in ahigher vibration, higher energy,
love yourself and get yourselfin that state of mind, I can do
anything that God gives mestrength to do and move forward
with the confidence.
And you switch it the minuteyou say it.

(44:10):
Wow, look, I said it.

Speaker 3 (44:11):
and I felt uplifted the minute I said I mean, words
matter, and more than the words.
Okay, the emotions that are putbehind the words.
Nothing is more powerful thanthe emotions.
The emotions given to the wordsis where change can take place.
You know, one of the thingsthat we want to do here is, okay

(44:32):
, universal breath empowerment.
What is that?
We work with shamanic drum, shamanic messengers, and we
create a breath, okay, thatcomes right here from your chest
, your heart, and over time, yougot so much oxygen and so much

(44:53):
stuff moving that you startblowing out those things that
are emotionally draining you.
Meaning.
We write things down, we makesure what it is, that we have to
locate and release that stuff, because you can release it, not
in the third dimensional plane, but in the fifth dimensional
plane.
You get to release it andthat's what we want to be.

(45:17):
When we do these exercises, let's see if we can get to the
fifth dimensional plane and Imeasure people's vibrations and
on the last time that we didthis, the vibrations averaged
110 points higher from thebreathwork.
Now, continuing to do that, that, that helps doing a bunch
of other things, of beingconscious of what you're saying

(45:39):
to yourself, how you'rereprogramming, be careful what
you watch on television yes, ohyes, you know that I used to.

Speaker 1 (45:48):
I I mean, I love tv, I like movies, you know I like
stories, but I notice I don'twatch that much television
anymore.
I really don't.
I watch certain things that areinteresting.
That is learning more positive.
I go on YouTube and watch stuff.
I really choose what I want towatch.

Speaker 3 (46:08):
Well, that's what we have to do.
We have to be very choosybecause we don't want to put
anything in our mind that is notso good.
I mean, it's just like food.
Okay, what are shamanicmessengers?
These are stones that we putnext to a person while they're

(46:30):
doing the breath empowermentbecause they're releasing
negative emotions.
And I can tell you this thatI've seen these messengers get
heated up.
I can see the ones that weren'tused versus the one that were
used.
We have to cleanse them.
We have to cleanse them withwater and salt to bring them
back, because now they're takingon all the negative energy that

(46:52):
you have inside of you.
I mean, we're very particular.
You have to.
We put the date of birth thatyou have, where you were born.
You know how old you are.
Then we have the top 10 thingsthat are emotional baggages to
you to help release through thisprocess.

Speaker 1 (47:13):
Wow, as Rachel says, that's powerful.
Thank you, rachel.
Thank you, rachel says that'spowerful and thank you, rachel,
thank you for the question.

Speaker 3 (47:20):
And then the shamanic drums are also used because
sometimes we got shockers thatare stuck and they won't release
.
So I work to help them release, release that aspect of them
that they can't seem to let go,you know.
So you know, everybody haslittle issues here and there and
sometimes just that little bitcan help them let that go and

(47:44):
vibrate at a higher level.

Speaker 1 (47:45):
So all this is really , I mean, energy that's coming
from God.
This is all a spiritual thing.
A lot of people have a hardtime when we discuss different
words here and and they don'tunderstand.
Because when you're in thetraditional and you know we
talked about the traditionalreligion without Navy names
there's a structure.

(48:06):
So because you have certainstructures, you think that other
things are not valid or they'recoming from the wrong wrong
entity.

Speaker 3 (48:16):
Correct, correct.
Well, you know what people?
Unless you can reallyunderstand and be able to open
up to everything, then you coulddecide, okay, this is good,
this I don't feel it, so let melet that go.
But if you just looked at onebook, okay, and that's all you
saw, that's all you're going tohave.

(48:36):
There's no way that you'regoing to move beyond that
because you haven't seenanything else.
We have to be open minded here.
We really got to know that wehave a capacity and God didn't
come into this world, didn'tbring us into this world and
gave us absolutely no tools.
We've got plenty of tools.
Now people don't want torecognize them and they want to

(49:00):
follow a certain pattern and acertain book and stay there.

Speaker 1 (49:04):
They're entitled, they have free will and free
choice Exactly and nobody'sforcing anybody to do absolutely
anything.

Speaker 3 (49:11):
But if you want to grow, you know, and you want to
be at peace, you want to haveinner peace.
You want to have inner peace, you've got to have enough love
and with that you have to beable to vibrate at a higher
level.
This is why, you know, I wrotea book.
It's called RelationshipsFunctional Versus Dysfunctional.
You have to be the person youwant to meet.

(49:32):
Ok, I want this from thisperson, I want that, I want the
other thing.
And then you take a look at it.
But who am I?
What am I?

Speaker 2 (49:41):
You know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (49:43):
I may not be all that good, but now I still want all
of that.
It doesn't work that way.
These are laws of attraction, the laws of cause and effect,
and for every cause is an effect, and that's why we don't want
to pick up karma.
We want to be kind and lovingto everybody, and if you can't
be respectful to somebody, thenokay, walk away.

(50:04):
But you know, this is, this ishow.
Because we have to, we have totreat ourselves with respect.

Speaker 1 (50:11):
Exactly, and we have to treat others with respect,
Correct.
Today an example there was Ihad come to the studio and there
was a truck parked like adiagonal on all the parking
spaces.
So I said, excuse me, sir, sir,is that your truck?
He was outside.
He's like yes.
I said, oh, are you going to bestaying there long Because
that's my studio parking?
Oh, no, no, I'm so sorry, We'llbe moving.

(50:33):
He goes.
Thank you for being kind.
Well, there you go, and it wasa pleasure, it's my pleasure he
goes, and it was just so nice tohear somebody say that.
Thank you for being kind.
I was doing a nice, you know, being nice to him.

Speaker 3 (50:52):
Because why do I need ?

Speaker 1 (50:53):
to scream at him oh, you're my spot, what?
No, I just nice, and he and youknow, and, and, and the
compliment was awesome too,right.

Speaker 3 (51:00):
I mean you can decide to be happy and thankful and
appreciative or you can be asourpuss.
You know we have choices.
We make those choices up being, you know, doing things for
others, helping others, openinga door sometimes At the gym I
hold a door, sometimes for a fewpeople coming across, that's it

(51:22):
, and they thank you.

Speaker 1 (51:23):
Thank you.
Say hello to somebody, say hito somebody, make them feel
better.

Speaker 3 (51:27):
Say hi Exactly, make them feel a little better.
Nobody said hi.
They didn't even see the personRight.
You saw them.
And what chemicals are youcreating in your mind that are
for the positive and not the?
Negative right or you can be asourpuss.
Oh you, son of a b yeah youknow I get get out of my way,
get out of here.

Speaker 1 (51:46):
I always I see, I see these videos, I see these
videos on on youtube fromseveral people that I think are
so awesome.
They're always helping out, like the homeless, and doing
little things, and they doexperiments, you know.
So this one guy, this one guy,he goes around, he walks around
and just goes like this, waitingfor a hug, right and, and
people just walk away Like he'scrazy, cause he asked me for a

(52:08):
hug, finally somebody whofinally does get a hug, and then
he hands them a gift.
Nobody knows that he's givingsomething away.
He gives them a new, brand newiphone, or I mean literally like
really, this for me goes yes, thank you for the hug.

Speaker 3 (52:23):
And it's just he was doing experiments right, well,
you know, yeah, I mean Inowadays you can't hug because
people want to go get sick.

Speaker 1 (52:32):
But that's a whole other story.
But before, a couple of yearsago, hugging was good.
Right, hugging is still good,okay.

Speaker 3 (52:40):
Yes, hugging is important.
I hug my son every single day.

Speaker 1 (52:44):
So I know you talked about you created a program
called the nine steps to ahealthy mind, right?
So I want to talk about alittle bit about that, because
what we're trying to do here atStudio 33 is have this kind of
course that Gus teachesavailable to you here at Studio
33 and make it convenient forpeople to come to the studio.

(53:06):
It's pretty easy to get here andeverything and just bring some
really good, positive thingshere.
So that's why on November 16thwe're going to have that, we're
going to do that networkingevent, free to everybody to come
in just get to know us and seewhat we're about, and I guess
we'll do some like free testing.

Speaker 3 (53:28):
I'm going to show how the physical and the spiritual
can come together with AKapplied kinesiology, it's called
and muscle testing.
People are going to learn howfar beyond they are, past their
fifth sense, that you can tapinto your sixth sense this way,
and I'm going to show them.

(53:48):
I'm going to show them absoluteevidence of this so that they
can leave with no questions.

Speaker 1 (53:58):
Okay, that's awesome, that's awesome.
So we're going to havedifferent things on November
16th.
I'm not sure who will be here, but we'll have some, some other
guests here.
I think Andrea Hammer is goingto be here with a max pack and
she can show you that.
Also, we're going to have acouple of different people.
We'll start naming names lateras we get closer to that.
But we figure we do somethingbefore the holidays, before

(54:20):
everybody goes away.
Give you a little uplift, giveyou some good energy to go with
to see your family, because thisis a time I just thought of it
now this is a time that can bevery stressful for people,
because the holidays bring up alot of baggage for some people.
So going back home to visitfamily is kind of trauma, or

(54:41):
they have previous trauma, right?

Speaker 3 (54:43):
And then they're going into the trauma more.
The previous trauma is there.
And then they're going to runinto family members that have
that trigger, boom, boom, popping that trigger on you and

(55:04):
all of a sudden you're goinglike this.
Yeah, I don't like this.

Speaker 1 (55:06):
we've seen many movies about that, but we're
going to take a.
We're going to take a quickcommercial break and we'll be
right back.
Come celebrate your event andcreate new memories at studio 33
right here in fort lauderdale, off exit 32 commercial boulevard
.

(55:27):
the location.
It's an intimate setting foryour private event.

Again 954-530-7193.
Also, our website isStudio33FLcom and you can find
us on all social media Studio 33FLL as well.

(55:47):
Again, call us today for yourappointment and come see our
venue.
We are filling up fast.
Hey, we're here.
I was just listening to thelittle music over there.
So that's Studio 33.
That's right behind us here.
This is part of it.
We have the small stage rightnow where the DJ booth is set up
.
We've got tables.

(56:08):
You see our VIP booth back here.
We're having a lot.
It's been really busy guys.
We have a lot of partiesHalloween parties we had this
past weekend.
We got salsa coming up on the4th.
We got wellness coming up onthe 16th.
There's other things coming upin December and so just keep

(56:29):
watching.
My website also 233FLL.
You can follow there.
I have it on the little tickeron the bottom there and I
renamed the YouTube to RebootedMindset 555.
Ok, so it doesn't say Rebootedthe podcast anymore.
I'm trying to get everything.
It's kind of hard to renamethings once you put a name to it

(56:50):
, like it doesn't want to letyou change it.
So I'm gradually doing that.
But I'm happy you guys are hereand we wanted to talk about one
other thing, about your othercourse that you have.
So what is that course?

Speaker 3 (57:01):
Okay, universal mind consciousness for those people
that really want to know how touse energy, meaning that you're
looking to do something, youwant to buy something.
Is it something that's usefulto you?
Is it something that's notuseful to you, like I?
You know, I had four tires thatI had to change.
Now I could have gone with themissions, but because I know how

(57:24):
to work the energy and applykinesiology, okay, I found some
Japanese tires that cost 110bucks, so I saved a total of
$800.
So you know, with my house, Isold my house and he spoke up.
What ended up happening?
I brought in a friend who's thewrong broker.
I knew almost from thebeginning.
I didn't check the energy andtherefore I fell into that and

(57:49):
it was just.
The person got said you've gotto fix this, you got negative
this, that and the other thing, and all of a sudden, the office
of her coming in from my housewere lower and lower, and this
is what happened.
I had to replace her, and youknow myself, with a shaman that
I work with in Columbia.
We said, okay, let's see whocould actually do this job and

(58:12):
all of a sudden, this guy, lou, shows up.
Okay, this guy comes in.
I bring him in.
All of a sudden.
He says you know what?
We need to do this, we need todo that.
I have the people to do thesethings.
We're going to rearrange yourplace.
We're going to clean up thisother area here.
We're going to do this overthere everything.

(58:34):
we're going to move and cleanthings up in a different way.
You know painting, some stuffyou'd be surprised what paint
can do and some other stuff thatneed a repair and things like
that.
All of a sudden this guy getsme a ton.
I don't even want to say it Alot more money, a lot more money

(58:54):
, and actually almost started abidding war.

Speaker 1 (58:57):
Wow See what happens when you start moving the energy
around.

Speaker 3 (59:00):
Well, it's picking the right person.
Picking the right personEnergetically, seeing where that
person is, knowing theconsciousness, knowing their
performance, because everybodytalks they say I can do this, I
can do that, I'm capable, untilthen they show up.
But you're going to learn whatis actually best for you by

(59:23):
learning in this class.
You know you will changedramatically from learning this
process.

Speaker 1 (59:31):
That sounds amazing, because I mean, I think we all
have these abilities, we all dowe all have these abilities and
a lot of people will call itdeja vu, right, or they have oh,
I met somebody.
I really didn't like thatperson.
I don't know why.

Speaker 3 (59:47):
And you felt it, you're empathic, you felt it.
The person came in and said, oh, the air comes out of you All
of a sudden, you feel like adead fish.
Yeah, you feel heavy.
And you feel heavy, you know.
And then you have somebody elsecomes in and all of a sudden
you're beautiful.
Yeah, oh, you know, this is akind spirit, you know a good
heart.

(01:00:07):
And all of a sudden you say, oh, you know, I can connect with
this, this is good.
So we have those ways.

Speaker 1 (01:00:14):
Yeah, good, so we have those weeks yeah, we do,
and it's happened to me manytimes and now I'm learning more
and more and I know I'm going tolearn more with you, which I'm
so excited about that and havingyou here, because we like to
keep a really positive, justblessed space here.
Wonderful people here who'vehad 60th birthday parties and

(01:00:39):
family like celebrations of lifeand different things.
That have been really hard, youknow from from the heart, and
we even had church service here.
So let me tell you we've hadall kinds of blessings in this
studio and that's why we did it.
That's why we have this spacehere.
Really, it's a community space, right to bring good people
together and enjoy like family, and we're having a lot more
family now.

(01:01:00):
You know good people that we'vemet all different cultures too,
so this Fort Lauderdale is amelting pot of cultures.
We have Haitian, we haveJamaican, we have Latin, you
know regular American, you knowwhite American.
I mean there's just so much andI love all the different
cultures.
It's just great.
We learn from each other andthey have a lot of input too.

(01:01:20):
That's why, again, we talkedabout having an open mind.
You have to have an open mind.
You have to be able to grow andto receive.
You need to be able to receivethe information that's good for
you.
Stop putting your brain intoall that garbage on television.
I mean now that movies aren'tgood.
There's good, great, greatmovies out there and it's a good

(01:01:41):
thing to the past time.
But but you have to beselective and select what you
want.

Speaker 3 (01:01:47):
You have to be selective.
You truly have to be selectivein what you're watching, and you
know you have to watch even thenews.
The news is really taking placeWith this kind of stuff.
When we do apply kinesiologyand we do this kind of energy
work, you'll know, this personis just full of it.
That's it.
I'm not listening to this, I'mgoing to another channel.

(01:02:08):
Let's see if somebody iscapable of telling you the truth
Exactly and giving you goodinformation.
And giving you good informationand we don't want information
to be always coming.
That is just, you know, for themto get ratings.
They got to get a reaction outof you, and it's not a good
reaction.
Usually it's not a goodreaction.

(01:02:29):
That's what keeps you going.
The charge, the force, you know, and instead of the force, we
want to be able to stay in ourpower right here.
This is our power, but if wegive that up, we'll, you know,
hit in force with force, meaningthat we're getting anxiety,
okay, and they're providing itto us, and you know we're

(01:02:52):
getting a charge.
So we go back to see what's thenext story that's going to
whack me, and you know we'regetting a charge, so we go back
to see what's the next storythat's going to whack me and
it's it really can affect you.

Speaker 1 (01:03:01):
I know that during the COVID days, right, we were
home and we're locked up in thehouse.
What did you do?
Watch television, or somepeople read or do other things,
but a lot of times the TV was onand I would have to change the
channel because I can't listento it.
Turn it off, I can't listen tothat stuff.
Every day you start gettingthis brainwash from that.

Speaker 3 (01:03:21):
You might even notice yourself.
You get like heart palpitationsfrom listening to this
negativity.
All of a sudden, you're gettinganxiety.
Hold on, hold on.

Speaker 1 (01:03:30):
I got a great one because JC is waving at me and
you know JC would lose it.
He couldn't why he would haveto turn the news off.
He would start having part ofmy.
I have a pain.
I go stop watching the news nowand then never want to watch
football.
Right, we've learned how toenjoy the game, enjoy the sport.
We have a good time, you know.
But you can take it for how doI say it?

(01:03:56):
You can take it literally foreverything, Cause it's a sport,
it's right, and it says NFL isfor entertainment purposes only,
that's right, so don't get tooriled up until that, you know,
because there's a lot ofgambling, which is not great
gambling, it's an issue, but Iwon't go there.
But anyway, it's just aboutanxiety, right?
So we would get anxiety.
We'll watch the game.
I'll go to the hockey game andI'd be like having heart.

(01:04:18):
I'm like what am I doing?
Stop me.
I was so excited.
I get crazy at the hockey game.
No, I lose my voice fromscreaming.
And I went to the stupid round.
I was like, hey, hold on.
Oh my gosh, no, it's't.
But I have fun, I have fun.
So, gus, it was great havingyou here.

(01:04:38):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (01:04:38):
I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (01:04:39):
Everybody.
Come November 16th you can meetGus in person and whoever else.
We're going to be here.
Right now I just call it awellness networking event, free,
everybody.
Just come on in.
We'll have a little light bitesand some wine for you guys to
have and just meet and greet andlet's, let's see, let's see

(01:05:04):
what we get some good, positiveenergy and um, uh, we're gonna
do um quick.
No, no, yeah, oh, oh, okay,we're gonna do another quick
commercial and then I'm gonnajust I'm gonna close with
something that I should havestarted with, but I'm gonna
change the subject a little bitbecause I really need to talk
about something.
So I'll be right back afterthis commercial and see you in a
minute.
Come celebrate your event andcreate new memories at Studio 33

(01:05:27):
, right here in Fort Lauderdale, off the Exit 32 Commercial
Boulevard.
Call us today so you canschedule an appointment and see
the location.
It's an intimate setting foryour private event.
Call us at 954-530-7193.
Again, 954-530-7193.
Also, our website is Studio33F,as in Frank LLcom, and you can

(01:05:52):
find us on all social mediaStudio33FLL as well.
Again, call us today for yourappointment and come see our
venue.
We are filling up fast.
Hi, welcome to Rebooted Mindset.
Hi, welcome to Rebooted Mindset, formerly oh up Up there.

(01:06:21):
There I'm back.
That was reminding you forNovember 16th, all right, so I
will be posting new flyers upthere.
I'll do a Facebook and anEventbrite too so you can check
it out.
And so, before we end, I do wantto bring up something.
I didn't bring it up in thebeginning and my brain started

(01:06:43):
going on the subject that Gusand I were talking about.
But I do want to mentionsomething that has come to my
attention.
In our group we have a lot ofdifferent fairs and different
things that we go on weekendsand different wellness events
and just a lot of different umfairs and different things that
we go on weekends and, you know, different different wellness
events and just a lot ofdifferent events around South
Florida.
And unfortunately, there is auh, a man that's in the circle

(01:07:07):
that I've um come to find outthat several women have been um
assaulted, um and the, and heactually was here in the studio.
It didn't happen in the studiohere, but I did meet this person
, he did come to the studio andI found out that day that he was
here by one person that he hasassaulted other women, coercing

(01:07:28):
them because he's a hypnosis andhe does other energy work.
So please be out, please becareful.
Ladies, please be careful.
Ladies, gentlemen, just becareful.
You know we talked about energy, feeling people's energy.
Sometimes people, you know, they say the sheep and the
wolves clothing right.
So you have to be intuitiveenough, you have to be a little

(01:07:53):
more, you have to be openSometimes, sometimes, when
people shake you, even when youshake their hand, you can feel
their energy, right.
So, um, as for me, as a woman,if you meet somebody new, don't
go by yourself.
If you have any kind ofanything that you're going to be
doing, um, don't go by yourself.
Be accompanied by somebody, another woman that can stay with

(01:08:16):
you at all times, because doyou have the right to have
somebody with you at all times?
It's like when you go to thedoctor for your woman exam, the
doctor always says let me bringthe nurse in, because the nurse
has to be there.
Okay, especially if you have amale doctor, the nurse has to be
there.
Even if a woman doctor, youalways can have a nurse next to
you.
So just little precautions, andI have started an investigation

(01:08:39):
onto this gentleman.
He travels from between hereand California and he also
travels to Europe.
Not sure what things are goingon now if he's gone to Europe,
but he's traveled to California, used to live there and he's
living here in South Florida andI'm very saddened and hurt that
a person out there is doingthat and manipulating women, you

(01:09:03):
know, causing them to befriends, trying to be all
charming and all sweet andeverything.
Oh no, I'm going to help you,I'm going to help you and then
invertedly, convincing them thattouching them physically or
causing them to have a climax, okay, because that's part of

(01:09:25):
healing, or anything like that.
That is not right.
Nobody should touch youphysically in a sexual manner
without your consent and fortherapy, that's crap.
I'm just going to say it's crap.
Okay, there's no therapy.
Oh, I have to.
You know, give you.
You know you have to have anorgasm or you have to.

(01:09:46):
I have to feel you.
No, all right, please becareful.
Remember we have Mujeres en Paz, which is a nonprofit
foundation started by Arlene G,and that is for women in the
industry that have come throughsituations like this or that are

(01:10:08):
continuing to be abused byother men or women, whatever it
is.
But we also have the foundationhere that Arlene G is running
to help women out there, becauseit's very difficult in the
entertainment industry or anykind of industry to help women
out there, because it's verydifficult in the entertainment
industry or any kind of industry.
I've been through sexual.
I've been sexually assaultedsince I was young men trying to
grope me at 18 years old, 19years old, at work that I used
to work at and I didn't knowwhat to do.
I was remember being trapped ina room and he locked the office

(01:10:32):
door and was just like tryingto kiss me and touch me.
I'm like what are you doing?
Off his door and was just liketrying to kiss me and touch me.
I'm like what are you doing?
Like what is going on?
You know, and they're laughinglike ha ha, like it's no big
deal.
Yes, it is a big deal.
This is my body.
Nobody touches this body unlessI give you permission.
So they say you just gave methe eye, he has permission, he's

(01:10:57):
the only one.
So anyway, I don't throw thatone in there.
So just making a joke.
But it's not a joke.
This is not a.
This is not a laughing matterat all.
But I just want to makeeverybody aware of this, that an
investigation is going on and Ihave several women who have
been, have gone through thissituation already with this
person, who have been, have gonethrough this situation already

(01:11:19):
with this person, and I don'twant to put these people in the
limelight because they don'tneed to.
You don't need to see theirfaces, okay, just know that
behind the scenes everything isbeing documented and, uh, and if
he's seeing me, just hey, youbetter stop what you're doing
because that is not right.
Okay, there, you have no rightto touch any're doing because
that is not right.
Okay, there, you have no rightto touch any woman out there.
That is not healing and that isnot therapy.

(01:11:41):
Okay, that is not.
So, um, so everybody just justwant to say that note.
And going back to our firstsegment with Gus um, bringing
back to healing when I talkedabout from fear to healing.
Bringing back to healing when Italked about from fear to
healing.
So, to end our segment, for thenine steps that he has for a

(01:12:03):
healthy mind and helping you bemore intuitive, all those
classes that he has is going tohelp you to recovery of any kind
of trauma you've gone through.
So please come on November 16thand check out our networking
event.
You can talk to Gus and see howwe can help you through this
time, or maybe Mujeres en Paz,our foundation, can help you out
as well.

(01:12:23):
So I appreciate your time andI'm so happy that you tuned in
