Rev Rachel Harrison (00:00):
Today's
episode is Diving Into the Soul.
The name of the podcast isRecover your Soul.
What is the soul and what arewe recovering?
We're recovering our higherself, and I'm going to talk
about some of the concepts thatare what we are learning now, in
these times that are becomingmore open to what is the soul.
(00:21):
Have we been here forever?
Are we reincarnating?
Do we have essences ofourselves that remain?
What are we learning from eachother?
Are we really souls having ahuman experience?
That's what we're going to talkabout.
Enjoy the episode.
Welcome to the Recover your Soulpodcast a spiritual path to a
(00:42):
happy and healthy life.
My name is Reverend RachelHarrison.
I started Recover your Soulafter having profound changes in
my life from my recovery ofalcoholism, codependency and
control addiction.
I was guided to share the toolsand principles of spirituality
and soul recovery to help otherstransform their lives, as mine
(01:03):
was transformed.
For us to overcome externalcircumstances, we need to turn
the attention to ourselves, focusing on our inner change and
healing.
Positive results in our liveswill follow.
Welcome to the Recovery SoulPodcast and community.
I'm Rev Rachel.
(01:23):
Thank you for spending yourtime with me.
Thank you for choosing in onyour own soul recovery journey.
Today I want to talk about souls.
We talk about spirituality here.
Recover your Soul is aspiritual path to a happy and
healthy life and, as I say sooften, I am not here to tell you
exactly what that path lookslike.
(01:43):
I'm not here to tell you thereis only one way to follow a path
.
I always hope that you takewhat you need and leave the rest
, and if there's ever thingsthat don't resonate with you,
totally fine, totally fine.
As a matter of fact, good foryou.
You should be able to havediscernment and to have a level
of skepticism, even to allowyourself to be curious about
(02:06):
what you believe, that nobody isgoing to give you what you
believe.
And yet, at the same time, I'mtalking about concepts that
might be new to some of thepeople here in this community
and for others, they've beenthinking this way the whole time
and I don't really haveanything that I was looking in
my archives that really talkedabout what is the soul, what is
this soul and soul recovery.
And I don't really haveanything that I was looking in
my archives that really talkedabout what is the soul, what is
(02:27):
this soul and soul recovery, andI know that in the episodes.
I offer a lot of differentconcepts, a lot of different
ways to view it and see it, butI thought let's just talk about
it and see what comes out ofthis conversation.
As you know, I am getting moreand more comfortable in this
ability to open my heart andconnect with this part of myself
(02:51):
that is my higher self and isconnected to something even
greater still, as I often say,and we all have it, and the more
that we open to that intuition.
On the bonus podcast on Friday,as a matter of fact, I just did
an episode on Patreon and forApple podcast subscribers.
That was about how do you leaninto your intuition, how do you
(03:15):
use that to help awaken yourspiritual life, and I talked
about the use of Oracle cardsand how that is a way that you
can talk to a higher aspect ofyourself and begin to get more
information about your growth.
And then that made me think.
You know we should just talkabout souls, we should just have
this conversation.
Recover your Soul is the nameof this podcast and community.
(03:38):
It is soul recovery.
And what's interesting is thatafter I had this, this voice
that said to me and if youhaven't heard the story here.
It is again that I knew that Iwanted to do a website.
I knew I wanted to do,potentially, a blog.
I knew that I was thinking of apodcast, but it was all
(03:59):
formulating in those firstcouple years of recovery.
I was so in 12 step.
I was so in my Al-Anon meetings.
I was so in a life that wasincredibly complicated and
painful and difficult at thattime and I knew that I needed to
do something.
Something was calling me.
My higher self I didn't know atthe time really how deeply that
(04:20):
was was calling me and I wasbrainstorming with Bodhi on a
road trip to California for ourannual beach camping trip, which
is coming up again.
I'm really excited.
And he was saying Well, whatdoes it mean to you and what are
you doing?
You know he had just finishedschool for marketing, so he was
talking about all these conceptsand I heard a whisper that said
(04:42):
recover your soul.
And I knew that was it, and themore that time has gone on,
it's been Rachel, don't forgetto recover your soul.
I wish that I could recoveryour soul sometimes, but that's
not what we're here for.
We're not about doing it forthe other.
We're here about turning theattention to ourself and then it
(05:05):
became clear that it was soulrecovery, doing this work that
is soul recovery.
And then I came across a book byEsther Nicholson who I'm going
to have on the podcast who wrotea book called Soul Recovery the
12 Keys to Freedom.
I believe it is If I have thatwrong, I apologize and it is
using the 12 steps in a morespiritual, aligned format for
(05:28):
her life and her recovery fromaddiction and her stepping into
a spiritual path.
And as far as I know, really, esther and I are the only two
people using the term soulrecovery.
So what is that?
What is the soul?
What is this recovery thatwe're talking about?
And when I think about that, Ireally think about the gift of
remembering, because when yourecover something, you're not
(05:52):
getting something that wasn'talready there, you're recovering
something that was alreadywithin you.
You're just bringing it back toyourself.
And what I love about the ninestep soul recovery process that
has come over the last yearsthat, as you know, started out
more of a 12 step modificationand has transformed into its own
(06:16):
, its own process, its ownpatterning, and it is this
spiritually awakening steps andprocess, it is this ability to
be able to see yourself on aspiritual level.
So what is the soul?
What are we recovering?
What are we remembering?
What are we coming back to?
(06:39):
Being raised Buddhist, I have avery different baseline than a
lot of people.
Right, most people are raisedChristian or nothing, or Jewish
or Mormon or you know some levelof something, but there wasn't
a lot of Eastern philosophy 55years ago when I was born, and
so being born Buddhist waspretty unusual, unusual, and I
(07:10):
had this concept ofreincarnation and of souls, and
when I would reflect over to myChristian friends, they talked
about souls too, but they talkedabout souls as being, as if
it's this in this body, that wehave this personality, this
identity that we have, rightthat Rachel, this personality,
this identity that we have, right that Rachel, born of this
soul, as if it is created inthat moment, and then you have
(07:30):
only this soul, this lifetime, this being.
This is it.
If you don't get it right thistime, there's no hope for you.
You go to heaven or you go tohell, and I don't want to
actually condemn religion orwhat people believe.
I want to be able to say thatyou should be able to find what
(07:51):
gives you the most connectionwhere you feel resonates the
most for you.
So I'm not speaking againstanything else, I'm actually just
speaking along and for whatresonates for me.
But I think it's interestingthat in Christianity and in
(08:12):
religion and not onlyChristianity, but many of the
religions there is a mysticperspective that is coming out
more and more and more that'ssaying ah, you know, the actual
teachings said this, and then itwas a bishop or a pope or a
leader or somebody who whodefined some of the rules and
(08:35):
some of the ways that thedoctrines that we see now.
And if you allow yourself tolet go of some of those rigid
rules and come back to themysticism we find at the core of
all of it, this concept ofsouls, that we are, this essence
of something even greater still.
And even if you take Genesisand you pare it down into a
(09:00):
metaphysical, into ametaphysical, mystical
experience, and you listen to itfrom that perspective, you
start to unwind our attachmentto a specific story and you can
see it and hear it in ways thatcan open it up to a lot of
different things.
(09:20):
And one of the things that Ilove is in the beginning there
was light, which is energy, which is wholeness, which is
this being that we are.
We are all energy, we are alllight and we are all what I
think of as filaments, essencesof this creative source, eternal
souls, eternal souls.
(09:41):
So, because I was born withBuddhism, I always believed in
reincarnation, and I think I'vesaid another podcast that you
know the way my mom kind ofdescribed it, because it was
this big piece of Buddhism torelease the self.
And so when I thought aboutreleasing the self, I thought
about releasing anyidentification or any attachment
(10:04):
that you might have to youridentity, to who you are, but I
also, in that, removed theessence of ourself, our true
essence, and we all have theseinnate, beautiful, unique,
unique, unique, unique, unique, unique, unique, unique, unique,
unique, unique, unique, unique, different essences of ourself.
(10:25):
No one is the same.
We might be creative, but it'sdifferent.
You might be musical, but it'sdifferent.
You might build, but it'sdifferent.
You might see beautiful things, but it's different.
You might be able tocommunicate, but it's different.
Everybody has their own uniqueset of gifts and talents.
And where did that come from?
(10:45):
How is it that we have that InBuddhism they talk about karma
that we have this life, rebirth, life and death, rebirth cycle,
and that it is through thosecycles that you learn more about
yourself, that you have moreand more opportunity to step
(11:07):
into this divine nature that youare, with the enlightenment
being the final step where youunderstand fully that there is
only love, that there is onlyoneness, and you release all
suffering and all attachment.
And the more that I step intowhat it meant for growing up and
(11:28):
how I kind of felt like whenyou did that reincarnation.
Yes, some elements, someessence of yourself stayed, but
somehow I kind of felt like itwas more like a drop that falls
back into the ocean, you know, expressed as a part of a wave,
or a wave for one moment, butthen it goes back into the whole
, or a wave for one moment, butthen it goes back into the whole
(11:52):
.
And again I just want to say,as always, these are my
interpretations and how I see it.
So please take what you needand leave the rest.
But the more studying that I'vedone in so many traditions, the
yoga traditions, the Hindutraditions, in Christianity, in
Course, in Miracles Right nowI'm reading the Way of Mastery,
(12:13):
which I love so much.
I have listened to and readhundreds and hundreds of
spiritual books shamanism, buddhism, you name it and I have
read it and what I find is thatunderneath, there's always this
current of the soul.
What is this soul, this elementof ourselves that is really our
(12:38):
connection to our higher self, that is beyond whatever our
humanness, our life experienceand all of our beliefs and
stories and patterns, like wetalk about in soul recovery.
What are those old beliefs, patterns and stories that no
longer serve us?
An operating system that isn'tupdated?
You can think of it as likeclothes that no longer fit you
(13:02):
or shoes that no longer fit you, that at one point, that was
what made sense.
At one point, that was thesystem that you survived from or
taught you how to be loved, ortaught you how the world worked.
Well, the world is changingconstantly and you're changing
constantly and we're learninghow to separate ourselves from
(13:25):
this experience that we'rehaving.
Eckhart Tolle came out with thePower of Now 20 or 30 years ago,
and it was this profound bookaround the concept that there is
only this moment, thateverything else is our
attachment to the past or ourfear of the future or our fear
(13:45):
of the future, and the way thathe described be here now was the
same as Ram Dass, who came backafter using hallucinogenics and
being a Harvard professor andgetting fired from Harvard, and
he went off to India to discoverspirituality to say I've seen
these things, I felt thesethings, I want to know more, I
(14:08):
want to learn more about it, Iwant to open up more, and it was
.
It was at that time when peoplewere using psychedelics and
starting to move out of therigid constructs and constraints
of what United States was andall this you know be perfect in
the 60s and the 50s and the 60s,where everybody was supposed to
(14:30):
look a certain way and feel acertain way, and if you looked
good on the outside, everythingwas fine on the inside and there
was this whole ripple ofexplosion of God.
There's got to be more andthrough psychedelics people were
able to access different partsof themselves and see different
things, and that was really thebeginning of a larger awakening
(15:12):
where we are switching from acollective that was around fear
and control and rules and notenoughness, and if you don't do
the right thing, you're going tobe damned.
You're.
You know that you're born asinner, which is was always blew
my mind in terms ofChristianity, not at all what I
was raised with, rather thanbeing born in your wholeness,
rather than being born in yourwholeness.
(15:33):
And we're here recognizing thatwe get to have our own
relationship with spirit andthat maybe, just maybe, we're
opening our eyes to this conceptof souls, not as a single soul
with one lifetime, but maybe assouls who have come time and
time and time again.
If you go into the quantumphysics and all the wild
(15:55):
dimensions and all the stuffthat I'm now studying, that's
pretty far out there.
It says you know, don't get toocaught up.
If you have any past liferegressions, don't get too
attached to it, because it's somuch more complicated than all
of that.
And at the same time, everysingle person, every single
(16:15):
lifetime, every single existenceis so valuable and so important
on more ways than than we'veever given ourselves a chance to
understand.
So when we're recovering oursouls, we're actually
remembering that we are separatefrom our thoughts.
We are more than controllingthe world around us.
(16:37):
There is more happening thanjust what feels like is on this
physical plane.
The Course in Miracles talksabout it as the illusion.
Not that you aren't having thisexperience, but the illusion
part is that how we see it, howwe interact with it, how we
choose to witness it and be init is purely of our own mind.
(17:00):
And this feels so true for mebecause only seven years ago I
was an entirely different person.
I was miserable, I wanted todie.
I was in a marriage.
That's the same exact marriageas I am today.
Yes, there are a lot of changesin our marriage, but he's still
the same person and my kids'lives were falling apart I mean
(17:25):
horribly falling apart and Ididn't see a way out.
And the fact that I got soberand I quit drinking and I
decided to save myself and Idecided to finally step on a
spiritual path that I had beenkind of doddering around on for
a while and putting all thestuff up in my head but I wasn't
pulling into my heart that'swhen things started to shift and
(17:48):
change for me.
And that witnessing that wehave of ourselves to see our
experience in our life in such aprofound way Every interaction,
every thought, every experiencethat you have has value is so
important and you are part of,you are co-creating with that
(18:10):
experiences.

Back to the episode.
Somewhere along the line in thefirst two years of my sobriety,
(19:17):
I started to change, I startedto shift and one of those big
changes was when I finally readand did a full year of the
Course in Miracles with a groupand in the beginning it was
really like a brain blow.
You know, my brain was justlike shaking around in there and
it was really pushing upagainst all those old constructs
(19:40):
and all those old fears andslowly, slowly, slowly, my mind
started to open and that's whatI hope I'm giving you too when
you listen to this podcast thatyou're starting to open to these
new concepts.
You are recovering your soul.
So, as I step into thisspiritual journey, what I think
is very interesting is there's alot of peace that comes when
(20:05):
you think to yourself what ifthis is just one of many?
What if this isn't the all ornothing?
What if there is theconversations and the way that's
being talked about so openly,so hugely?
Now I mean, if you watch theYouTube channels and the videos
(20:27):
that I watch, 200, 300, 500,000people are watching videos on
consciousness and souls andreincarnation and soul contracts
and those are just for singlevideos.
And if you multiply that andrealize that there are so many
(20:48):
of us who are starting to sortof awaken, as they call it, and
breaking out of this mold thatsays people were telling me what
it was and I was in that world.
But I'm opening my eyes alittle bit and I'm potentially
just maybe having a little bitof willingness to see beyond
(21:10):
what felt like the rules.
So if we're seeing beyond therules and there is this concept
that we have these souls, andone of the ways that this my
brain just completely blew openwith this is listening to
Dolores Cannon and MichaelNewton, who were hypnotherapists
, and they have books around thehypnotherapy that they do for
(21:33):
people and people still do thesehypnotherapies.
I actually just did a interviewwith a woman, dr Holly, who
also does these hypnotherapiesand that will be on the bonus
podcast in the next couple weeks, and what it does is it takes
you into this deep state oftrance and while you're in that,
(21:53):
you can speak.
And I had a little bit of anexample of this because I went
and did a hypnotherapy sessionwith somebody locally and he
didn't quite go as far into thewoo as I was hoping, but I got
down there where it wasinteresting, I'm speaking and it
was definitely felt like therewas something more company.
(22:13):
You know, there was more accessto speak.
So Dolores Cannon and MichaelNewton both were these
hypnotherapists and they eachended up having different slants
of what they were asking peopleand and the information that
they received.
Michael Newton, who is the onewho I really, really, really
(22:34):
like, fell head over heels ofinterest in what was going on.
For him, he had been atraditional scientist and he was
doing hypnotherapy to helppeople with pain.
But what he would find is thatpeople would go back to previous
lifetimes where they had hadsomething tragic happen to them
and the pain they areexperiencing in this lifetime
(22:55):
was a direct correlation withsomething that had happened to
him in a previous lifetime.
And then, in those deep trances, people started talking about
what it was like when they diedand what happened to their soul
and what happened when they, youknow, met the people on the
other side.
What did that look like?
And then they started talkingabout soul clusters and school
(23:17):
on the other side and and whatthey learn and the councils that
they talk to Again, really farout there, if this is stuff
you've never heard before.
But he had hundreds of peoplewho reported the same things who
were not.
They started doing this worklong before the internet, long
before people could have beenlike oh, I'm going to do a
(23:38):
little research and then I'mgoing to tell him what I want
him to hear.
No, these were independentpeople and, just like Dolores
Cannon, who had a very similarexperience, she was already kind
of out there in the woo, butshe was doing, past life
regressions and people startedtalking about coming from
different planets, fromdifferent places, not just from
(23:58):
Earth, but this concept around.
What are souls that?
What if there is this essenceof us?
What if there's this essence ofself and this is what I got
from Michael Newton that theywould describe themselves as
souls and there's some essenceof our soul that is always in
the creation, that is always onewith the universe, with source,
(24:21):
with whatever you call it.
Something greater still, and apart of that is here, having
this experience as a human being.
So when these people would goand have these incredible
hypnotherapy sessions, they'reable to access parts of
themselves and relationships, not only the ones that are
(24:41):
actively happening here from asoul level, but from people who
have passed, and they began totalk about how they were making
arrangements, contracts witheach other in saying I'm going
to show you how you knowcompassion, but to do that, that
means that I'm going to have toplay this part.
That's pretty hard and this isthe part that I think is so.
(25:04):
Sometimes it's really hard towrap your head around or to
understand or to believe, andit's okay if it doesn't sound
like what works for you rightnow, because one of the things
that I think about is when I wasin the real depths of despair
in my marriage and I had been soin love with Rich when I first
(25:27):
met him and when we first gotmarried, and then when he went
up to build the cabin and I hada toddler and was pregnant and
had a new baby and he was gonefor almost three years, coming
home only on the weekends, andbecame a pretty intense
alcoholic.
At that time I was prettydevastated.
It was every dream that I hadfor our life came crashing down
(25:51):
and he came back a differentperson, and I became a different
person and there was a lot, alot of pain and heartache and
there were many times, both inwriting in my journals and
straight to his face in therapy, that I would say I don't know
how on earth this was supposedto be what I was supposed to
(26:15):
experience.
What is this?
And our minister, therapist orcounselor who used to do some
work with us, who could seeabove where we were at that
moment right Because he hasreached some level of awareness
beyond where we were would saythere's always a reason.
(26:37):
You know, you're learning fromeach other.
Don't forget.
This is about your learning, and in those moments I would
just think that is crap, becauseI was in so much pain.
But now that I have fallen downinto this spiritual world, or
risen up into the spiritualworld actually as it is, and
(27:00):
begun to separate myself, mysoul self, recovering my soul,
recovering my soul, coming moreinto my wholeness self, I can
watch my life with a level ofwitness and this is a lot about
what Eckhart Tolle brought tothe table was you can witness
(27:21):
your being instead of being init, so intensely you can.
You can watch it on some level.
And then who is the watcher?
When we're having theseconversations with ourselves and
our head and we all have themright, there's all these players
.
There's the critic there, thecritic and the judge, and then
there's the cheerleader, andthen there's the higher self,
(27:43):
and then there's the one that'strying to please everybody, and
then there's, you know, there'sall these versions of ourself.
What are they trying to do?
How are they trying to protectus?
Ultimately, what are welearning here?
How can we stop trying tocontrol everybody else, turn the
(28:04):
attention to ourselves, beginto be curious about what's going
on with us?
Inside, somewhere is our spiritand our soul.
It was pure and clean andbright.
It is the essence of the lightof who we are, who is here
having this experience and itneeds for it to be all of it, to
(28:28):
learn and to grow, really gothere, and I've.
There are days where it's hard.
It's hard to handle thecomplexity and the reality of
(28:49):
everything that's happening inlife, and you know I hear from
you all and I work with peopleand you know that I don't watch
the news but I you can't helpbut have a reflection of what's
happening.
It feels sometimes like we'reputting our heads in the sand,
to be in a place where, like, well, yes, and on this other
(29:10):
level, this is part of oursoul's experiences as a
collective and as individuals, and not feel like we're not
doing enough.
But there is so much peace thatI feel in being able to rise
above it, enough to have faithand trust that there's something
(29:30):
more that I can't possiblyunderstand, both for my soul's
journey and also as thecollective, and the reminder
that as we step into recoveringour souls more and more, leaving
behind the sticky, messy, controlling parts of ourselves
(29:50):
that do not serve us, and standin the fullness, recovering our
souls doing this soul recoverywork to understand and connect
with this grander, morebeautiful, more whole, more
awakened aspect of ourself.
Everything around us, itdoesn't change, it just shifts
(30:14):
and this opportunity that wehave to awaken as a collective.
Each of you has had experiencesin your family, if you've been,
if you're listening to thepodcast this long, this kind of
wild episode, this long you'vebeen with me for a minute and
you have had moments whereyou've had shifts and you can
(30:36):
feel that, knowing that it is ahigher self that is slowly
coming awake, it is slowlycoming on board.
What if that is an essence ofyou that has been here for eons
and is continually waking up?
What they talk about in thisconcept of reincarnation from
(30:58):
the soul level is the soul hasthis essence and is continually
learning and has the karma, andkarma and Buddhism is you know
things that you need to learn, things that maybe happened in
the last lifetime that you needto work out and have more
information about, not as apunishment.
They talk a lot, a lot, a lotabout how, on the other side,
(31:22):
there isn't punishment.
You can basically do no wrongBecause ultimately, hell is on
earth.
You get to experience heaven orhell on earth.
Jesus said all the time heavenon earth, heaven on earth,
heaven on earth.
You're bringing that intoyourself because as a soul,
(31:42):
there's only this awareness thatsays, okay, so that happened.
So what are you going to learnabout it?
But as soon as we come into ourbody, we have amnesia.
But we're having amnesia lessand less and less and less, and
especially now since the 1940s,where there's been this more
(32:04):
energy to remember, to awaken,to remember, to be able to talk
about it.
So when I think about this froma soul perspective in my life,
it gives me so much peace andsolace and comfort to think that
as a family we are sharinginformation with each other
(32:26):
about how to love each other, how to allow each person to have
their own soul's journey, theirown soul's experience.
It's given me great ability tolet go of my kids, because if I
think that this one lifetime isit and they've got to get it
right, I'm going to be in theirbusiness.
(32:46):
But if I recognize that as asoul they have to have their
full level of experience, and mywitnessing and loving them and
being present for their growthis the greatest gift that I can
give, but I can actually bedetrimental to their soul's
(33:06):
experience if I block them fromhaving whatever the contrast and
difficult situations thatthey're supposed to have.
And again, all this stuff is,it's pretty far out there.
If you are new to this, andreally I mean I've been doing
soul recovery in terms of theprocess of letting go of beliefs
and patterns and stories andforgiveness, and stepping in
(33:30):
with your higher power andstepping into your higher self
and shining your light.
I've been doing that prettyheavily for seven years, but
it's really only been the lastthree years that I've moved into
this other awareness and I'mstill opening to it.
I'm still curious about it, butthere's so much amazing and
(33:52):
incredible evidence andinformation that's coming from
science and from the quantum andfrom AI, which is giving
information that is allowingpeople to pull from so many
different sources where maybe wehadn't been talking out loud
like this to each other.
(34:13):
But now that it can pull fromthe different sources, there's
more of a almost like amainstream around all of it.
And then you know what I thinkabout.
I'm gonna use this as a close.
Who knows Honestly, who knows?
I mean this is the pieces thatpeople go and do those hypnosis
(34:33):
and all have the same reflection.
People that have had near deathexperiences have similar
reflections.
There are people who say thatthey have seen, you know, and it
reflects what other people saythat they've seen, but we don't
actually know.
So if we're not going to knowand you're going to have faith
(34:55):
and a belief in something, areyou going to choose fear or are
you going to potentially open tolight and love higher self and
(35:19):
living from that higher self, which is going to come around
again and again and again andcontinue to improve and to learn
and to grow, and that this ismy opportunity to be in my life
to the fullest?
I'm going to choose that andmaybe I'm totally off base, but
you know what?
I've said this before I'm wayhappier over here than I was
over there.
I feel an intense level of peacein my heart.
(35:40):
I'm able to detach with love.
I'm able to love in a way thatI never could before and receive
love in a way that I nevercould before.
I'm able to see the people inmy life the difficult ones, the
ones that I love, the politicsfrom this other angle and to
have acceptance and evenallowing.
(36:03):
That gives me great peace, because I'm only here now in
this body, in this incrediblemoment, and so I'm going to be
present in this moment.
I'm going to let myself continueto learn and believe and go off
into all these wild things andcontinue to recover my soul and
(36:26):
share that with you, becauselove is always the answer.
Love always is the answer, andwhen we shine our light and
begin to open up to what hasbeen around us our whole lives I
mean all of the paintings thatyou see on the walls of churches
(36:47):
have angels and light andconnection and whispers from the
other side.
What if we open up to thatmystical end and begin to see
ourselves and those around ussimply as souls, learning,
growing, having this humanexperience, and, as always, take
(37:09):
what you like and leave therest?
If you're interested in any ofthese things, I do have a page
on the website that I believe isin the about recover your soul
what is soul recovery, and ithas a reading list and I have
them in sections now.
It's like if you want to learnmore about codependence and
(37:30):
people pleasing, here's thebooks that I love, and if you
want to go into the deepspirituality, I have those
listed too.
It's fun.
Just have an open mind and anopen heart Until next time.
