In Part 1 of the Wolfson Series episode 083 we discussed The Art of Life Lessons Through Stories & Impactful Documentaries. In this episode, we dig deeper into one of those documentaries, the story of the Mental Hospital in Weyburn. We also discuss pain management through mindfulness and hypnosis, healing attributes of music, and the topic of ice baths – which we both forgo. Steve shares his ideas on how he believes empowering communities to care for each other is a path toward healing.
