We're in elevation damn it.
I'm still getting used to the elevation still getting used to the elevation.
It takes 90 days for your cells to regenerate.
Yeah well my cells regenerate every night every day I think it's weird.
It's like reset reset.
But actually a lot of people when they come here uh can drink you know maybe one can of
beer or a mixture it can be wasted drunk from the elevation or have dizziness.

Yeah I came here and I stopped drinking man that's the crazy part.

Yeah it's not good to drink here because it does fuck you up faster like here in Denver
one beer will hit you like two beers but if you go up to the mountains where it's twice
as high as Denver man one beer will hit you like three and people black out real fast
and I think that's why everybody up there always like cannabis and cannabis helps you

feel better at the altitude because people get that altitude sickness and yeah a lot
of water and a lot of weed and then people choking other people getting out and getting
some exercise everybody's pretty healthy.

what some of them all great that's what they are.

Milwaukee Wisconsin he knows me and I know him or he didn't train there you know I'm

a job in Milwaukee at my gym and my gym was to and my job at the gym was to make you join
that gym god damn it and if you know me you know I'm not lying god damn it so you know
if my job was to get you to join the gym we had our special ways to get you to join
the gym and on Saturday mornings people would find out that's very very special way god

you should be over here at Pura Vida BJJ and MMA that's where I used to go that's where
I used to go I have no ties there right now no ties at all so all views and opinion are

CTE is my man oh man CTE from what I remember no pun intended but from what I remember these
it's basically something that it's brain trauma to the brain from getting hit in your head
so many times you guys are football players you know I did middle school football or me

over here I think I've had enough concussions from sports and bicycle accidents that I got
symptoms myself so yeah I feel you on that one yeah so in high school and stuff like
that you got you got these you got these these kids out there that like like are my age and
you know my kids age like you know these coaches are trying to relive you know things that
they didn't really live out that they had going on except you know something that their

athletic dreams so I don't know where they're putting our Gatorade or whatever maybe they're
not putting anything in our Gatorade but I want to tell you I felt like a I felt like
a fireball in high school when it came to football I didn't like it because it wasn't
aggressive enough and football is pretty aggressive yeah I was the same way I was full on and
it's time to hit somebody it's a lot of aggression out when I was in high school I was able to
unload on somebody and I was out there to hit somebody I wanted to be a wide receiver

I was only on defense I was a right guard bro I didn't want to be but respect though
respect in ninth grade I was 110 pound offensive and defensive guard I didn't want to be at
all I didn't want to be on the junior high team I definitely didn't want to be but you
know I was there and my whole thing was if you really wanted to prove something to me

you had to take that equipment off because wearing that equipment you're really not proving
nothing to me growling you can run into me really hard while I'm not looking or not expecting
it what are you really proving rap take those wraps off that's why I knew I was a little
different because I started off with the collegiate style high school wrestling I don't even know
if you put collegiate maybe just high school wrestling I started off with that and doing

high school wrestling stuff you know first off I was in middle school and I thought like
hold on this is weird I got to grab another dude's stomach whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa mom
I'm not doing this no more this is weird this is for another group of people shouts out
to those people but it's not it's not for me mom and then I went home and I realized
hold on I don't I don't have a problem with those people or that group of decision makers

I don't have a problem with them at all so what am I thinking about you know go back
to practice and and be involved in this damn practice and don't have any weird thoughts
that society may make you think about so I put those societal worries behind me and went
back to class and I began to get my ass beat every single day man every single day I got
my ass beat man I got my ass handed to me but uh you know I went to a tournament and

you know you know coaches they want to be good so maybe I wasn't that maybe maybe it
wasn't that I was bad you know I'm saying maybe it was that I was good because when
you like I said you got these coaches trying to relive things that they didn't really live
out in their high school careers so these coaches they'll try they start cherry picking
man so they'll start making you think you're bad and there'll be a box that says how good
is this kid you know is he great is he horrible or can he not rattle himself out of a paper

bag well my coach used to check couldn't rattle his self out of a paper bag a lot a lot I
don't know that was a morale thing for me or not sure but uh yeah I lost a lot but I
never really lost it all felt good and it was never easy for anybody I just didn't understand
the scoring system you know I'm saying so you know when I got to MMA you know I'm fast

forwarding like a hell but when I got to MMA there's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu I was a blue belt
in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu about 10 years ago you know who knows what the hell I am now
but uh I'm very proficient with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu my first fight was over in one minute
in two seconds I'm not sure why it took me that long I apologize guys I apologize though
once you got to MMA what is your record in MMA oh man all that losing stopped right let's

just say this let's just say this uh amateur I won one or I won my first one one minute
two seconds I lost the second one I won the fight but I lost the match if you know you
know and professionally I am undefeated you know I'm saying so anybody out there can put
their money where their mouth is I've called out Jake Paul we know CM Punk has has tucked
his tail after coming to my gym after me and Karen Bryant on Fox talked about Dennis Munson

and my friend rest in peace to Dennis Munson he died in his first fight but Karen Bryant
where was I at uh you were calling people out chime in you're calling people out calling
people out uh who you call out and CM Punk yeah yeah I went to CM Punk yeah well I called
him out first and uh that didn't work out because you know the coaching staff the coaching

staff was uh what do you call it the coaching staff was there was some problems with the
coaching staff you know what I mean far as some people are but hurt still you know about
that what what happened with them in their careers so why do something nice for somebody
think about it in life why would anybody really love you you know I'm saying but your mom
you know your dad's there somewhere possibly you know whatever but in life only your mom

really cares about you so you when you have these situations and this thing doesn't work
out and that thing doesn't work out understand that it's life and I understood that it was
life that things were working out that way and uh my wife will start chiming me in here
what I forgot what I was talking about you know what I'm saying but this is they don't
talk to fighters after they fight this is what happens to fighters after they fight
they bring their wives along so they can remember what the hell they just said and then their

wife comes up and tells you what you just said you know we're live live live on five
cameras I'm on the same shit I forget what I'm talking about a lot of times too because
I've hit I've had at least 10 10 good concussions which really I get headaches when the storms
come in it's snowing outside and it's a cold ass night so I felt the storm come in myself

all right most definitely we're talking about we all played football and then you're talking
about as you went into the MMA and different coaches you know they want to relive through
oh yeah yeah yeah so they I'm sorry so yeah so and I can and uh this is middle school
wrestling these these coaches used to used to like my coach at the time he used to put
uh you know I couldn't wrestle myself out of a paper bag and sure enough you know I

just decided when I went out to the mat yeah my coach says I can't wrestle I must can't
wrestle so fuck it you know I'm saying I'm gonna go out there and just get beat and before
I knew it I had learned I had became a professional at beating myself before the match thank you
beating myself before the match and I was like envisioning myself losing to the point
where when the match started I would be in the match like getting choked like okay yeah

this is how I imagine it here it goes I'm choking out you know saying but uh sometimes
we're our own worst enemy yeah but it's our negative thoughts yeah what did Kimbo Slice
say he said it's the not the enemy it's the inner me you know I'm saying it's our inner

bring it to colorado let's go and we brought it so uh yeah we got it it's in the storage doesn't fit
in the house at all right now but i'm still going to keep it you know i'm saying but you know push

units are really popular now so if you're looking at i've learned to say something and just give

think i just told you you just asked me and that was one of your last questions like how do you cure
it and it was like i tried to say 60 humidity 14 to 21 days at 60 percent or 60 degrees or something
like that i can get my dialed in my last room was at 50 or no it was at 40 humidity and 63 degrees

so i let it go 14 days but it came out snap crackle pop right on the just right my my issue is uh you
remember i was telling shouts out to uh that i think it was lucky 77 that i when i was down
there to area 420 they're nice man they got the engor indoor or all organic living soil hell yeah
