Jorge es Ingeniero Industrial con Maestría en Calidad, y actualmente está en proceso de un Doctorado en Administración. Tiene estudios en Japón del Toyota Production System.
Durante 22 años se desempeñó en puestos directivos en empresas nacionales y transnacionales como: Alpla, Bocar, Eaton, IGE, Interfil, ITR, Johnson Controls, Moresa, Spicer, SKD y Valeo. Durante su gestión, las empresas lograron importantes certificaciones, premios y reconocimientos de clase mundial.
Es consultor de empresas multinacionales en la aplicación de los principios de excelencia operacional y en modelos de competitividad que incluyen diferentes sectores de la industria como el automotriz, aeroespacial, alimentos, bebidas, farmacéutico y servicios corporativos.
Tiene nueve certificaciones internacionales de la ASQ, AIAG, IAQG, Plexus y del Shingo Institute. Jorge ha entrenado a más de 900 altos ejecutivos en Brasil, China, Francia, México, España y Estados Unidos; y ha sido conferencista en diversos países compartiendo su vasto conocimiento en calidad y gestión empresarial.
Su labor trasciende fronteras, actualmente ocupa los cargos de presidente de la LMC Querétaro, Secretario de la American Society for Quality (ASQ) en la Ciudad de México y Resto del País, catedrático en la Maestría en Ingeniería de Calidad de la Universidad Iberoamericana y Director General de CEC Corporation,
