Relation-It, relationship advice podcast

for everyone. follow the relationitpodcast.com

Welcome back, guys to another relation-it

podcast where we solve your relationship problems,

right? Today's topic is going to be about a guy

that cannot get over his ex. It's really sure.

He pretty much just said I can't get over her.

It's so f****** hard. Wow. It's f****** stupid.

I still hold this over myself and we've all been

through breakups. It sucks. Breaking up with

a significant other because maybe the relationship

was really good. You missed the Ex you miss the

intimacy, you miss hanging out with them was

one of the best things that you were doing with your life.

I've been through it. I've been through breakups

where I got where I cried this stuff, dude. We

also added, I saw her Instagram post of nothing

but her in a tank top. She's with another dude,

and he's he's really sad about that. Wait, first

of all, but why are you? Why do you have her on

social media? I think that's a huge mistake

of still following your ex on. Ooh media, if

you guys broke up mutually even still, I think

that he needs to remove her off of social media.

It does him. No good to follow your ex on social

media because your ex is already over you. She's

looks, she's moved on. She's with another, dude.

She's now she's moved on from you. And unfortunately,

that must suck. I've been through that one of

the best things that I did was literally walk

my ex not block them. Remove them from my social media.

I got rid of all their photos. I mean, it's over.

The relationship is over. There's A slim chance of them.

Coming back, slim chance. I know it sucks like,

and like, I really want to just get back with her.

Like she was the best thing to ever happen to me.

And yeah, I get you man. His sucks, losing the

love of your life. Will you? You thought that

she was the love of your life, but she probably

wasn't you guys broke up. So, obviously I'll

get rid of her from social media. Delete. All

her photos, find something else to do, too.

Didn't really ask for any help. He just was like,

Hey, I can't get over her, but he needs to stay busy.

Staying busy is really important. Especially

after a breakup. You know, you're going to still

be hurt about losing that significant other

because now, they became your ex, get a gym membership

fee or mail. You obviously need to go to the gym.

Get big on the weights, do it for yourself. Not

don't do it for her own like going to the gym.

Maybe she'll recognize me in, you know, I could

post pictures of her. You know, myself and and

if I do she'll come back, she'll dump the guy

that she's with now that she moved on so quickly.

Now, do it for yourself, do it to distract yourself from her.

She's obviously moved on and you're still following her bra.

You gotta stop it. I don't understand why guys

still follow her axes on social media. You guys

broke up. There's no need to follow her. There's

no need to f****** follow this girl, lock her off.

All the social media, lift weights. I mean,

it's a symbol go to get a gym membership. Don't

want to get big won't get big man. I'm not trying

to sound like one of those. Those like what red

pill, guys? Your bro job, bro, Broski. Yeah. Yeah.

I'm a Chad. Yeah, man, lift weights, bro. Yeah, dude.

Whoo. Yeah, man. Drinking protein shakes,

but honestly that this is what has helped me

from a breakup because you're going to be really

sad, it's sad when you break up with someone

also do, this is a perfect time to focus on a relationship.

Up with yourself developing skills that you

want to do finding Hobbies. You got to let the

past go and live in the present moment, man,

and look towards the future. This is a good sign.

Like now you don't have to worry about what couples,

go through fights or the negatives, that happened

in the relationship. This is a perfect time

to rebuild yourself and a lot of people don't

think that, you know, after breakups. They're

like, they're thinking that this is like the

worst thing that ever happened to them, but

honestly, man, Is the best thing I've been through.

I've been through a breakup myself last year.

Towards the end. The last year. I went through

a horrible breakup. It was awful. It was an awful

breakup because I was blindsided, by the breakup

and it sucked because I really cared for this

young woman. She was great at the beginning.

She was really great. But I also found out that

she was not, she was mentally. I found out that

she was mentally ill. She did not she could not

function, right? She had borderline personality

disorder, which is a series disorder that can

affect relationships. So she's she can't even

be in a relationship because she, she's always

going to be dumping people. It was tough because

I cared so much about her from the short time

that I spent with her. That is sucked. But I figured

now that I know. Now, I value my time after spending

a little bit more time with myself, going to

the gym, losing weight. Being on a diet. I can

see myself being better. And you know what?

There's other chicks involve. Now. I'm talking

to other chicks on. My job. Other chicks are

asking for my number, like, it's crazy man.

And to be honest, man. This is the best thing

to ever happen to me, because I don't have to

deal with someone that has a mental illness

or I don't have to deal with relationship drama,

even though this podcast deals with relationship drama.

As you will see, in more podcast episodes. This

is a perfect time to get that gym membership.

Focus on yourself focus on a hobby, maybe learn

an instrument, learn a language. I'll let you

know, and maybe after a few months you can start

dating again. Heck. I mean, if it's a one night

stand, you could probably do that. Just let

the, the chick know that. Hey, it's a one-night

stand, either way. You need to. This is the perfect

time to focus on yourself, man. And I feel you, dude.

I'm trying to just give you some motivation.

This is Retirement when you probably think

about and when you're going to gym, think about,

you know, what, if she does come back, you know

what, she's gonna be impressed by me. I'm gonna

be bigger stronger smarter, or maybe the next

woman that I get or have a relationship with,

she's going to be like, wow, you know, what this

Jamil guy or whoever you whatever your name

is, you know. Wow, he's impressive. There's

no time to be sad. This is time to f****** Focus man.
