May Day arrives with warming sun,
A time when spring is newly begun.
The world is waking from its sleep,
And promises of growth to keep.
In celebration of this day,
Harp music echoes far away.
The strings sing out a joyful tune,
And flowers bloom beneath the moon.
The harpist plucks each string with care,
Their melody fills the air.
As dancers twirl in the soft grass,
The harp's music does quickly pass.
May Day brings a sense of cheer,
A time to leave behind all fear.
And in the sweet sound of the harp,
We find a way to fill our hearts.
So let us sing and dance and play,
On this bright and joyous day.
And may the harp's melody stay,
With us as we go on our way.
