Patrick Kidd OBE OAM, is helping to equip Australia's workforce with the most important and in-demand skills. As CEO of the Future Skills Organisation, one of the Federal Government’s Jobs and Skills Councils focused on Vocational Education, he is fast tracking innovative training solutions to support the Finance, Technology and Business sectors. Patrick served in the UK and Australian military for 30 years, before retiring from the Australian Army 10 years ago as Brigadier. He then entered the world of consulting, joining Deloitte and helped deliver the Invictus Games in Sydney in 2018 as CEO. He was then appointed as the Founding CEO of the Federal Government funded Digital Skills Organisation, to address Australia’s Digital Skills Shortage. PK’s achievements and service to the community has been recognised by a Queen’s Commendation then an OBE, in the UK, and an OAM in Australia.
