THE GUEST
Dr. Mallory Dwinal-Palisch is an educator, Rhodes Scholar, and trailblazing education entrepreneur redefining how America trains its workforce. She began her career as a classroom teacher before co-founding Oxford Day Academy, an experiential learning charter school in California. Inspired by the power of real-world learning, she went on to co-found Reach University—the first regionally accredited university in the U.S. to offer apprenticeship-based associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees, with a mission to train the next generation of teachers by awarding academic credit for on-the-job experience. Mallory also co-founded the venture-backed EdTech startup Kraft Education Systems, which was acquired by Western Governors University, where she now works to scale Reach’s groundbreaking model nationwide. Representing a new generation of education innovators, Mallory is reimagining the learn-to-earn journey through bold models that combine technology, equity, and workforce impact at scale.
