Many of us wear many hats and take on heavy loads that don't belong to us. It's so important for all of us to let go of what no longer serves us. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't be empathetic or loving. But after you've done all you can in any given situation, release it, let go and give it to the divine and pray for strength to love whomever and whatever from a distance. Live your life.
