Eleanor is women’s health + wellness coach focused on women who struggle to maintain healthy lifestyle habits after motherhood. She uses her unique background in teaching, coaching, and nursing to empower women to make decisions that are best for their hollistic health and wellbeing. She believes that the best way to take care of others, is to take care of yourself first.

Dr. Beata Harasim
Dr. Beata Harasim is a Holistic and Integrative Doctor of Physical Therapy combining Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, Gut Health, Nutrition, Energy Work, Emotional and Spiritual Work for Radiant Health, Wellness, and Vitality.  She specializes in low energy, digestive conditions, food allergies/intolerances/sensitivities, leaky gut, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, autoimmune diseases, skin conditions, anxiety, and depression; and subspecializes in women who are TTC, pregnant, or breastfeeding, and in babies/toddlers with colic, reflux, eczema, digestive conditions, and food allergies.
