It's a demonstration that no matter how addicted you believe your life is, you have the power to change.

Mindset, respect, love, community, connection, communication are part of how we turned out lives around.

Jess featured in the first episode of Season One and since then has gone on to be a advocate for addiction recovery and featured in newspaper articles, radio interviews and podcasts.

Mental Health plays a big part in removing addiction and we want to help you to make positive changes in your life to be amazing.
