Tianna is a spiritual healer and light worker focused on embodiment as a form of healing and overcoming trauma/addiction.
She fought with addiction for many years of her life (alcohol, drugs and even social media), stemming from the wish to escape her own mind, and has lived with complex PTSD, manic depression and severe anxiety for much of her life.
She is certified in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga (Level 1), and hopes to offer her knowledge in this area and healing through embodiment in future offerings.
