Sometimes, I find myself in this weird space of aloneness; whether in the car, in the shower (hold the giggles), some of use do our best thinking there. It's in these moments that we can most clearly hear ourselves. A quiet place where we can give into the challenges and finally admit our truths. Our fears. Our challenges. Worst of all, our demons. Sometimes. Our ambitions.
Sometimes, it's in the hollow that we hear the loudest echos. And its in these echos that whisper back the truth of what we need to hear.
In my case, the truth is, this is all scary and vulnerable and the idea that, "I never was going to make anything out of it any way, it's just for fun", was really just a lame excuse and an easy out- just in case it gets too hard.
In this, my first solo episode of Renegade Femme for the Revolution, I'm exposing my fears and woes in hopes that it helps you to see that it's okay to keep going when everything tells you to stop, to go back to the conventional route (it's safer, right?) especially when it gets hella hard and nothing makes sense, nothings "working out", at least, not fast enough....
Nevermind all of that. Just keep going!
