What if the most dangerous witchcraft isn’t in dark corners but on bright stages and glowing screens? We confront the slow drift that turns deception into entertainment and performance into a substitute for presence, naming how culture, church trends, and technology can rebrand the ancient lie: you can be like God, you can control the outcome, you can bypass surrender. From manifesting and energy alignment to legalism and false grace, we follow the fingerprints of control—manipulate, intimidate, dominate—and show how they surface anywhere the Holy Spirit is replaced by human will.

We unpack biblical warnings that feel uncannily current, from Galatians to Revelation, and map the path from surrender to systems, from worship to performance. Along the way, we tackle the rise of digital enchantment: algorithms that disciple our desires, viral worship moments that skip repentance, and AI-generated voices that can stir emotion without carrying spiritual weight. This isn’t about fear-mongering; it’s about wakefulness. Discernment is not suspicion but alignment with truth. Holiness isn’t legalism but protection. Obedience isn’t bondage but freedom.

Hope threads through every hard line we draw. God still marks a remnant that grieves over compromise and hungers for the real. If your heart aches at the mixture, that ache is a sign of life. We call each other back to testing the spirits, opening the Word, and separating from what glorifies darkness or profits from prophecy. Choose transformation over conformity. Stand clear of the spell by pursuing the presence of God over the personality of man. If this resonates, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs a wake-up, and leave a review to help others find the truth.

SPEAKER_00 (00:07):
Hey, welcome to Renewed Mindsets.
I'm Rick, and I'm so glad you'rehere.
Today I want to talk about aslow poison that's in the world
today.
The slow poison of deception,really.
The devil is not in a hurry.
He never had to be.

(00:28):
While generations have chasedpleasure and comfort and
acceptance, he was busyrewriting the definition of sin.
And what was once unthinkablehas become normal.
What at one point was condemnedis now celebrated.
What was once called witchcraftis now called manifesting or

(00:50):
self-love or energy work.
Our culture has been conditionedto smile at sin.
We laugh at it, we share it, wedefend it.
Television taught us tonormalize darkness.
Music opened the door torebellion.
The internet finished the job bymaking every forbidden thing

(01:15):
instantly available.
But the same spirit driving thiscultural rebellion is also at
work inside our churches.
The line between sacred andprofane has blurred.
Witchcraft no longer hides indark alleys or behind candles
and spells.
Sometimes it stands behind apulpit wrapped in charisma.

(01:38):
Sometimes it sings on stage witha microphone in hand, moving
hearts, but not lives.
The spirit of witchcraft doesnot always look evil.
It looks empowered.
It looks confident, enlightened,it looks appealing.
That's how deception works.

(01:59):
But today we're exposing it.
Let's talk about the greatbewitching in the end times.
Deuteronomy 18 says, Let no onebe found among you who practices
divination or sorcery, whointerprets omens or engages in

(02:20):
witchcraft.
That warning still stands, eventhough it's in the Old
Testament.
The methods have changed, butthe spirits have not.
In the ancient days, peoplevisited mediums to hear from the
dead.
Today, they visit psychicsonline and call it
entertainment.

(02:41):
In Israel, idol worship involvedsacrificing children to Molech.
Today, millions of children arespiritually sacrificed by being
raised on content that glorifiesdarkness.
They're taught to identify withwitches and warlocks and
monsters.
It's not just fantasy, it'sformation.

(03:04):
Every generation has been taughtto laugh at the very things that
God hates.
But this generation has gonefurther.
Now they celebrate them.
Schools fill their librarieswith books about spells and
hexes.
Teen influencers teach millionsof followers how to cleanse
their energy or speak toancestors.

(03:26):
The devil no longer hidesbecause he doesn't have to.
And here's the part that shouldbreak your heart.
Many believers think that theycan flirt with it and still walk
in the spirit.
The same deception that seducedEve in the garden whispers in
pulpits and in your small groupstoday.

(03:48):
You can know what God knows.
You can control what happensnext.
Paul said in 2 Corinthians 11 3,I fear that somehow your pure
devotion to Christ will becorrupted, just as Eve was
deceived by the serpent.
See, every modern deceptionbegins with that same ancient

(04:09):
lie.
You can be like God.
That is what manifesting is.
That's what energy alignment is.
That's what false positivitymovements are.
It's the same rebellion wearingtrendy clothing.
I know a woman, I went to highschool with her, and she told me

(04:31):
that she found Christianwitchcraft.
She said it felt powerful andfreeing.
She mixed scripture with spellsand prayers with crystals and
astrology with Jesus.
She said it felt right.
But what she found was notfreedom.
It's bondage wearing the mask ofspirituality.

(04:54):
When people substitute the powerof the Holy Spirit for their own
will, that is witchcraft.
When they seek to controlinstead of communication, that's
rebellion.
And when they bend the truth tofit comfort, that's deception.
Paul wrote in Galatians 3:1, Ofoolish Galatians, who has

(05:19):
bewitched you?
That word bewitched means tocast a spell or captivate
through deception.
He wasn't talking tounbelievers, he was talking to
the church.
The early church started in thespirit and tried to finish in
the flesh.
That's the same trap the modernchurch is caught in today.

(05:41):
We start with surrender and endwith systems.
We start with worship and we endup with performance.
Legalism is witchcraft becauseit controls people through guilt
instead of freeing them throughgrace.
False grace is witchcraftbecause it convinces people that
they can sin withoutconsequence.

(06:02):
Both of those are rebelliondressed as religion.
In Revelation chapters two andthree, it shows us churches
filled with compromise.
Pergamum tolerated falsedoctrine.
And Laodicea became lukewarm andself-satisfied.

(06:24):
Those churches were real, butthey also represent us.
The same spirit that seducedthem still works today, pulling
believers toward comfort andcontrol.
The devil doesn't need todestroy a church that he can
quietly direct in the directionhe wants it to go.

(06:48):
You see, witchcraft always hasthree fingerprints manipulate,
intimidate, and dominate.
Now that pattern appearsanywhere the Spirit of God has
been replaced by the spirit ofcontrol.
In 1 Samuel 15, 23, the prophettold Saul, Rebellion is as the

(07:10):
sin of witchcraft.
Saul's rebellion didn't lookdark, it looked religious.
He disobeyed God and then usedworship as his excuse.
That's exactly how witchcraftworks.
It uses spiritual language tojustify spiritual rebellion.
Manipulation happens whenleaders twist scripture to get

(07:33):
results.
Intimidation happens when theyuse fear to silence questions.
Domination happens when loyaltyto a man becomes more important
than obedience to Christ.
It happens in churches all thetime.
The same pattern extends beyondthe church, though.

(07:54):
Governments manipulate throughfear.
Media intimidates throughoutrage.
Corporations dominate throughdependency.
It's all the same spiritpreparing humanity for one final
ruler, the beast, who willcontrol through deception and
worship.
Revelation 13 describes a worldmesmerized by power.

(08:18):
It says, Who is like the beastand who can fight against him?
Humanity is already beingconditioned to follow without
questioning.
This is the great bewitching atwork.
Jesus said in Matthew 7 22, Manywill say to me on that day,

(08:38):
Lord, Lord, did we not prophesyin your name?
But I will tell them plainly, Inever knew you.
That verse doesn't describeunbelievers.
It describes people who thoughtthey were right with God.
The greatest deception in theend times will not be witchcraft
outside the church, butwitchcraft inside it.

(09:01):
It will look like revival, butlack repentance.
It'll sound like worship, butit'll lack surrender.
It'll have emotions, but it'llnever transform hearts.
I watched a church service onceonline that went viral.
The people shouted and cried.
The music was powerful, but notone time did I hear the word

(09:24):
repentance.
No one opened the word of God.
It wasn't read from.
They called it revival, but it'sperformance.
It was performance.
True revival produces humilityand holiness.
Counterfeit revival produceshype and hierarchy.

(09:48):
Ezekiel 9 shows God markingthose who grieved over sin.
Everyone else kept singing anddancing, but the glory of God
lifted from the temple.
Now that same pattern isrepeating today.
The presence departs when thepeople prefer the show over
surrender.

(10:08):
Revelation 13 says the falseprophet will perform signs to
deceive the world.
For the first time in humanhistory, we have the technology
to make that possible.
The algorithms that shape ourattention are modern spells.
Every scroll, every video, everysuggestion trains our minds what

(10:30):
to believe, on what to desireand what to fear.
This is digital witchcraft.
Mind control at a global scale, wrapped in convenience and
entertainment.
Artificial intelligence can nowcreate entire preachers who
never existed.
It can write sermons, mimicvoices, and craft worship songs

(10:55):
that move emotions without anyspiritual power behind them.
Machines can now simulate whatused to require the anointing of
the Holy Spirit.
That's scary.
The beast system is not coming,it's being coded.
Romans 1 says, they exchange thetruth of God for a lie.

(11:17):
Every time we replace convictionwith comfort, we feed the
system.
Every believer who tradesdiscernment for distraction
becomes another willingparticipant in the great
bewitching.
The Holy Spirit is the onlypower that breaks witchcraft.
You cannot out-argue deception.

(11:39):
You must out-discern it.
First John 4 1 says, Dearfriends, do not believe every
spirit, but test the spirits tosee whether they are from God.
That means every sermon, everydream, every word, every trend,
every podcast.
Discernment is not suspicion.

(12:01):
It's alignment with truth.
Holiness is not legalism.
It's protection.
Obedience is not bondage.
It's freedom.
We have to repent of mixture.
The mixture of light anddarkness, truth and error, or
truth and lie, flesh and spirit.

(12:26):
Second Corinthians 6 7 says,Come out from among them and be
separate, says the Lord.
That means separate fromcompromise, separate from
entertainment that glorifiessin, separate from teachers who
profit from prophecy, separatefrom any system that replaces
the presence of God with thepersonality of man.

(12:50):
Separate from holidays thatglorify evil.
Yeah.
The great bewitching is notcoming.
It is here.
But so is the remnant.
Ezekiel 9 describes a markplaced on those who mourned over

(13:10):
sin.
God still knows how to mark hisown.
If you feel grieved by what yousee in the world and in the
church, that grief is notweakness.
It's evidence that the Spirit ofGod is alive in you.
Do not be afraid of what isunfolding in front of us.

(13:32):
Don't be scared of what you seeon the news and in the internet.
You need to be aware.
You need to be holy.
You need to be ready because thebeast will rise.
But so will the bride.
Romans 12, 2 says, Do not beconformed to this world, but be
transformed by the renewing ofyour mind.

(13:53):
That is what this show is about.
Renewed mindsets in the endtimes.
Pray with me.
Father God, expose everycounterfeit spirit around us.
Teach us to recognizemanipulation, intimidation, and
domination for what they are.

(14:17):
Cleanse your church ofcompromise.
Fill us again with your HolySpirit, the only power that
brings truth and freedom.
God, mark your people forrighteousness.
Give us courage to stand intruth, even when the world bows
to lies.
In the mighty name of JesusChrist.

(14:37):
Amen.
That was one of the most popularepisodes of last year, so you

(15:01):
knew we had to come up withsomething even bigger for this
year.
I love you.
