A Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp) lança, no dia 10 de abril, inscrições para o processo seletivo destinado a refugiados, pessoas em situação de risco e migrantes beneficiários de políticas humanitárias, com inscrições gratuitas até 30 de abril.
Serão oferecidas 45 vagas em 26 cursos de graduação, e a seleção incluirá provas online de leitura, conhecimento específico e redação, agendadas para 18 de maio, com opção de escolha do idioma entre espanhol, inglês ou português. Promovida pela Cátedra Sérgio Vieira de Mello, a iniciativa já possibilitou que 750 pessoas ingressassem em instituições de ensino no Brasil, e os aprovados iniciarão as atividades como alunos especiais no curso de língua portuguesa no segundo semestre de 2025, com ingresso nos cursos a partir de 2026.
