What skills does a great coach have and do I have them?
That's the question we answer with our guest this week.
In this episode of Resilience In Action with Erin Brown, we chat with author and coach, Reed Maltbie. Reed is a leadership development expert with over 30 years of experience coaching youth athletics. Looking to impact more lives, Reed transitioned to coaching coaches. He has coached over 2 dozen different sports. Reed and I discuss the importance using the right language as a coach to get the highest performance out of your team. We also get into the stories of his new book The Spartan Mindset (get your copy wherever you buy your favorite books!).
Get ready to dive into what Resilience In Action means to Reed.
