In this episode, Dr. Andrew Pollak and I discuss relational energetic dynamics–personal and professional–as a catalyst for personal growth.

We discuss the relationships of our lives with the metaphor of a cast of characters in a play. Some of those characters may be transient, serving as teachers and mirrors for our personal growth, while others remain constant and stay with us throughout our journey as soul family or soul tribe.

In this discussion, we talk about honoring our relationships and letting go when it is time to let go. We highlight the importance of showing gratitude to all versions of ourselves that show up in relation to other people, and of giving ourselves the grace of releasing self-labels.

We talk about client-practitioner relationships, what it’s like to outgrow each other, and how our intuitive reading styles have changed throughout the course of our energy medicine practices.

Andrew talks about the conscious life review that many have been experiencing at this time and the importance of looking at the threads and themes of all the relationships you’ve experienced as an adult.

We discuss the idea of harmonic intervals of frequency bridging the gap between contradictions within ourselves and even between dimensional realities.

Amongst chaos, change and contradictions, there is an inherent desire and movement for life to come back into wholeness, harmony and ultimately, back into the All That Is. How do you reconcile internal contradictions within yourself?

Perhaps the most important skills to anchor at this time, says Andrew, is to have the neutrality and grounding to interface with the paradoxes without leaving the body through emotional reactivity.

Dr. Andrew Pollak is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and practitioner of acupuncture, Chinese herbalism and Acutonics. He is licensed in Colorado and Texas, and makes annual study trips to Japan to further Japanese acupuncture in the U.S.
