In this reflection I take you all on a journey of what went through my mind during an evening walk. I found myself deeply disturbed by this constant cycle of harm (hurt people, hurt people).
The journey of healing is one that we all must take. It's important. It's necessary. It's required. That's what I hope people take away from this episode.
