Nicole is a remarkable woman who leads thousands of people in the hospital yet makes time for intentional interactions and sacrificial service. As the hospital president, Nicole has tremendous responsibility, yet demonstrates servant leadership's effectiveness and impact through her deliberate availability and leadership mentality. In 2009, Nicole’s baby brother went missing and was later found murdered. Despite Nicole's grief, she lived with a strong vision of her purpose, making every moment matter.
