As he fights to rescue his kidnapped friends, Jason is pulled deeper into a violent world that tests his morality and sanity. Central to the story is his tense, psychological cat-and-mouse dynamic with the island’s infamous villain, Vaas Montenegro—a volatile and unpredictable antagonist whose obsession with madness mirrors Jason’s own transformation, blurring the line between victim and monster.
