Beth is the founder and owner of Azor Advisory Services, a commercial real estate advisory and investment firm based in South Florida.  

Known by her brand, “The Canvassing Queen™" with over 36 years of experience, she owns and manages 5 shopping centers in Florida, and travels the country consulting with and training associates in the commercial real estate industry. 

She is the author of multiple books, including: “Don’t Say No For The Prospect: How I Went From A Sales Rookie to a Retail Leasing Rockstar to a Shopping Center Owner With More Than $79 Million in Assets!!"  And, her book “The Retail Leasing Playbook” 

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Beth was the President of Terranova, Florida’s largest 3rd party asset manager, making an incredible income, while working incredible hours and traveling extensively. Despite her best efforts to manage it all, she was missing too many of her two young boys' activities and, despite the doubters saying she was nuts, decided to walk away from it all to start her own business and take her boys along for the ride.
