What a great conversation with Darryl Lyons! Darryl tells his story of coming from humble beginnings in a trailer park before rising to the heights of success in the financial world. Along the way, Darryl faced hardship, struggle and loss. He found his own will and mental toughness would only get him so far.
At one low point, Darryl heard God say to him "Are you done yet? You're living a life I didn't plan for you." Wow - to hear such words! How would you receive a message like that? Darryl turned to a friend who introduced him the Fruit of the Spirit and dialing into God's plan for him.
Darryl is now on Dave Ramsey's Advisory Council, he's had a park named after him in San Antonio, and he's published four books, the most recent of which is titled, "Biblical Responsible Investing". An incredible and inspiring story from a humble leader.
