Clearly, everyone is looking for a simple solution, a set on instructions that they can dogmatically implement for magic to happen. While we entangle ourselves with all these mind-blowing exercises, somewhere in Africa or any poor country, there are people going about their daily lives with nothing. They seem genuinely happy. The path to happiness is as complicated or as simple as you want it to.
