Crystal Karamessinis is a holistic health and fitness coach, wife, and mother. She has been recognized as one of Canada's top motivational fitness trainers in both 2019 and 2020.
It was during her time working as a Nurse for over a decade that she developed a passion for health and physical fitness.
Witnessing the cracks in the allopathic care model caused misalignment and Crystal's awakening.
Her purpose is to show others how to live and perform at their highest level, to become the best version of themselves both physically and mentally.
