Hey there, lovely listeners! It's your host, RK Achina, and I am absolutely thrilled to be back with you on another episode of the "Royals in Action (RIA) Global Church" podcast. Today, we're diving deep into a subject that's close to my heart, and I can't wait to share it with you. πŸŽ€πŸ™Œ

In our previous episode, we embarked on a profound exploration of the concept of "live or die" and the incredible role our choices play in our spiritual journey. We unpacked the idea that choice is the gateway to everything we receive from God, including faith itself. It's all about those moments when we decide to believe or doubt, to receive or forfeit. Our entire faith journey hinges on the choices we make. 🀯

And remember that scripture I shared? Deuteronomy 30:15? It's a game-changer. It reminds us that life offers us a choice—life and prosperity or death and adversity. We're not just asked to follow commandments blindly; we're encouraged to love the Lord, walk in His ways, and keep His commandments for a blessed life. But, here's the kicker, if we stray, there are consequences. The choice is undeniably ours to make. πŸ“œπŸ™

Now, here's where it gets really exciting. I opened up about my personal journey, and I'm hoping you can relate. You see, I used to struggle with this idea of trying to be "perfect" to please God. I thought I had to perform all these religious rituals and adhere to strict rules to earn God's favor. But guess what? I realized I was carrying the weight of my imperfections, and it was suffocating. πŸ˜”

But then, I stumbled upon this incredible truth. Brace yourselves! It's the revelation that God's gift of righteousness is the key to it all. It's not about our attempts at perfection; it's about embracing the righteousness that God freely offers us when we confess Jesus as our Lord. It's a righteousness that doesn't waver, regardless of the sins we've committed in the past, the ones we might commit today, or those in the future. God's view of us as righteous is unchanging and everlasting. 🌟

So, here's the question I posed: why go through the struggle of trying to please God when He already sees us as righteous? It's a liberating thought, isn't it? Instead of striving for self-righteousness, we can bask in the glow of God's gift of righteousness. By doing that, we cast off the heavy chains of guilt that often accompany our mistakes. πŸ—οΈ

But hold on a second—does this mean we can go on sinning without consequences? Nope, not at all. As believers, we shouldn't use our bodies as instruments of unrighteousness. Our new nature in Christ isn't inclined toward sin, and we're encouraged to renew our minds to align with this truth. Sin serves as a gateway for the enemy, and we definitely don't want to give him a foothold in our lives. πŸš«πŸ‘Ώ

In wrapping up this soul-stirring episode, I want to encourage you all to choose life, to embrace the gift of righteousness, and to break free from those religious chains that might be holding you back. Life and death stand before us, and the choice is yours to make. πŸ™Œ

Thank you for joining me today on the "Royals in Action (RIA) Global Church" podcast. Stay tuned for more transformative insights that will empower you on your spiritual journey. Until next time, may you continue to choose life in abundance, and may God's blessings be upon you all! πŸŽ‰πŸ™
