Speaker 2 (00:05):
All right, here's some more student good news. So a
group of middle schoolers have developed a tracking device to
help give caregivers some comfort, helps locate loved ones with
dementia or Alzheimer's. So they were inspired by the silver
alerts in the area, which means, you know, some elderly
folks were lost, and so they designed this tracker to

(00:27):
make it easier to find missing individuals. So they planned,
they developed, They created a system where caregivers register a
unique code with their loved ones information, so anybody who
finds them can scan the code and report their location.

Speaker 3 (00:41):
So won't belong we'll be needing that some days.

Speaker 4 (00:45):
It feels like I could use it today. But this
is just another great way to you know, celebrate.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Students and their ingenuity and their creativity and also just
meet the needs of folks in our community. So congrats
to those students
