What you guys? All right? As a teacher, this one
warmed my heart. Okay. So a man from England has
finally learned how to read at age fifty eight. So
he has dropped out of school at fifteen because he
couldn't read. He has spent his entire life trying to
have other people support and help him, and he finally
decided that he was going to take lessons to learn
(00:28):
how to read. He has owned one magazine since he
was eighteen years old?
Speaker 1 (00:34):
Which one was it? Yeah, I'm just going to stop it.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
Good news stop, good news. Good. He's had a speedway
so I should have said he is a race car mechanic, okay.
And he has had this Speedway Star magazine since he
was eighteen years old and he has held on to
it and now he is finally able to read that magazine.
Oh nice, isn't that great?
Speaker 1 (00:55):
That is great?
Speaker 2 (00:56):
And so he also wants to set a goal to
man some of these racing teams now that he is literate.
So literacy can happen at any age. It's not too
late if you. Yeah, So what a great story and
his perseverance he would need to keep going. So my
teacher heart was glad.

That's what it's all about.
