Speaker 1 (00:03):
My wife Jen is back with the good news. We're
talking about the South Carolina Aquarium, right.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
That's right. This is not just good news, it's great news. Cool.
So we know that the sea turtles. They have a
sea turtle sanctuary and last week five turtles were released
and these are called Kent's Griddley Sea Turtles. I think
you'll like some of these names. Chia, beignet, griddle, home fry,
and loaf nice.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
I wonder if they'd named them that because it had
anything to do with the Super Bowl being played in
New Orleans.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Who knows. I was just thinking they really have more
love for cards. Ye. So the South Carolina Aquarium has
released four hundred and forty six sea turtles to date.
Isn't that amazing?

Speaker 3 (00:45):
It is amazing work.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
But one of the sea turtles, Chia, he is the
smallest sea turtle patient in aquarium history. He weighed only
one and a half pounds when it was first bound,
entangled and floating on top of a pile of marine debris.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
Oh but he'll swell up once he it's that water
that it'll be a big old thing. That's all right.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
We've all seen those gsc oat meals. We know what happened,
so we are celebrating that good news. Five turtles have
been healed at the Sea Turtle Hospital and we're released
back into the wild.
