Speaker 6 (05:27):
And it's like
officially official, you guys,
yeah, it's happening.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
It's happening.
Imagine if we got as manypeople on that cruise as we had,
dressed as puppies yesterday.
Speaker 7 (05:40):
Yeah, that would be
so cool.
Speaker 1 (05:41):
We'll talk more.
Let's talk more about that in aminute.
But yeah, magicboundtravelcom,check them out.
We always talk training.
I'm just going to go over itreal fast.
Disneyland Half Marathon, week16.
Disneyland Half Marathon iswhat?
Three weeks away now?
Yeah, let me look here, I'vegot it over here.
Disneyland Half Gosh yeah, twoand a half weeks away.
(06:06):
Oh, three weeks away.
Three weeks away.
If you're training for that one, you've got oh, it's a big
weekend.
Five and 14.
It's a double up.
Princess.
You know Princess is going tobe upon us real quick.
Princess is six weeks away.
I know it's fun.
(06:27):
We'll be right back.
Well, maybe not here in theDolphin, but we'll be right back
here.
Hopefully it'll be a littlewarmer.
Princess weekend.
Speaker 5 (06:37):
Is there anybody here
that will be here for Princess
Yay?
Speaker 1 (06:42):
Wonderful.
Speaker 6 (06:43):
Can I just say it's
so cool to watch reactions while
we're speaking and guys thisweek's training for Disneyland
is 5 and 14,.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
like Bob said, Don't
stop at 5 and 14 miles in the
half and the full.
Guys keep going.
Speaker 6 (07:01):
You need to keep
going to get your medal, okay.
Speaker 1 (07:05):
Yeah, one of the hard
parts of finishing up this
weekend, especially if you'redoing the long races, is going
home and going.
I've got a training schedule toget back on on Tuesday.
Do your best.
Do your best If you take acouple days, especially if
you've done the big one, the48.6 miles.
If you take a couple days, wewon't tell anybody.
We'll look the big one, the48.6 miles.
(07:25):
If you take a couple days, wewon't tell anybody.
We'll look the other way.
Okay, but yeah, got to get backon it pretty quick.
What else have we got in thetraining schedule?
See, springtime surprise.
We said Princess was six weeksaway.
Springtime surprise is 12 weeksaway and I hate talking about
springtime surprise this earlybecause it's the end of the race
season.
(07:45):
But anyway, if you're doingthat when you've got, ah, it's
easy.
You've only got three milesthis week.
So let's see, gang Dopey ishalfway done.
You buying that?
No, bob, in terms of wake-ups,it's halfway done.
Speaker 4 (08:07):
That's true.
Speaker 1 (08:10):
Do you know where the
halfway point in mileage for
Dopey is?
That Mile 2.1, I believe, ofthe marathon.
So let's talk about this for aminute.
Have we all done D dopey uphere?
Yeah, yeah, okay.
I get to the who's doing theirfirst dopey.
(08:32):
Woo-hoo, yeah, congratulations.
I think it was Alicia who saidlast week she envies.
Weren't you saying that youenvy the people who are doing
their first dopey?
Because you get that firstdopey feeling.
Speaker 7 (08:47):
Yeah, absolutely.
You only get to experience thefirst time once, and so really
take that in and experience allthe things, take the pictures,
do all of the things and makesure to remember every moment of
it.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
Those who have done
dopey before your first one.
You remember it.
You remember it.
How many said never again.
Speaker 5 (09:14):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (09:17):
How many said never
again and stuck with it and
still haven't done it?
Not a single one it and stillhaven't done it.
I don't see any hands up.
It's that addictive.
I will tell you candidly andhonestly that I finished my
(09:38):
first one back in 2019 and mywife was there and I greeted her
and said that was awesome.
I can't wait to do it again.
And now I'm on number five andand I'm getting towards the end
the training gets harder everyyear.
(09:58):
We'll see.
Speaker 6 (09:59):
We'll see, yeah he's
right, we'll see.
They all say that, bob.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
We'll see.
I wasn't supposed to do thisone.
I wasn't planning to do thisone.
How are we handling thewake-ups, Guys?
How are we handling thewake-ups?
Speaker 4 (10:14):
Lots of Tylenol PM.
Speaker 5 (10:17):
And then I'm tired in
the corral.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
Tired, yeah, lots of
coffee.
Yes that too, guys, how are wedoing?
Let's see, jack, you're doingdopey.
How are you handling thewake-ups?
Speaker 5 (10:30):
Very hard.
I felt like I was almostfalling asleep in the corral
today, and I think I fell asleepwith my eyes open, but then
fireworks started going off, soit was good.
Speaker 1 (10:44):
All right.
Who wakes up about an hourbefore you need to and then you
can't get back to sleep?
Oh gosh, yeah, that's awful.
I have another question.
Speaker 6 (10:56):
That's awful.
Oh, I have another question.
That's awful.
Who wakes up wide awake atmidnight, thinking that it's
2.30 in the morning?
Like oh my gosh, I missed thebus Because.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
I definitely did that
this morning.
A lot of reaction to that.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
Who's not doing
doping and woke up at 3 o'clock
this morning.
Speaker 1 (11:15):
Yeah, but you get to
go back to sleep.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
I by 3 o'clock this
morning, yeah, but you get to go
back to sleep.
I was thinking about going out.
Speaker 1 (11:19):
I saw the weatherman
say it's like 30-something.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
I said yeah, I know
you better.
Speaker 1 (11:23):
John.
39 degrees.
Well, of course that's warmcoming from New York or New
Jersey, new Jersey, jersey.
Come on Jersey.
I'm sorry I do that to John allthe time.
Speaker 6 (11:32):
This is when we would
edit it out, so that no one
knows.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
Oh, it's okay, it's
okay.
But look, it's been fun.
5k's done, 10k's done.
They were cold, but it's beenfun.
What are some highlights?
Let's start.
What are some highlights?
It wasn't that tough.
We're looking for highlights ofthe 5K and 10K so far.
Speaker 4 (12:01):
Oh, the weather was
frightful.
Speaker 1 (12:04):
That's a notable
highlight.
Speaker 4 (12:08):
It was fun though.
It went really fast, right,guys?
I felt obviously 5Ks go fasterthan the others, but still it
was a good time Good characters, good crowd, good vibes.
I would do it again.
10 out of 10.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
It seemed to me the
crowd for the 5K was huge.
Speaker 4 (12:24):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (12:26):
I know I got to the
corrals about the same time this
morning and it was like whereis everybody?
Speaker 4 (12:33):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
Do we know?
Speaker 4 (12:35):
how many runners are
doing this?
I?
Speaker 1 (12:37):
haven't seen any
numbers yet.
We'll get them, but I haven'tseen them yet.
How about going down this way?
Highlights so far.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
Had to be the 5K for
me.
That's all I did so far was the5K Going up to the DJ, say can
you please take a picture of ourgroup photo?
And then he saw like 200puppies walking toward him and
it was in major shock.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
How many puppies out
here, oh yeah.
Speaker 4 (13:08):
Yay for the puppies.
Good job guys.
Woof, woof.
Speaker 1 (13:13):
That was awesome.
We're trying to find a placefor a photo and we go to the
stage area, which is big, and Ilook around and I go.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
we're not all going
to fit.
Speaker 1 (13:26):
That was amazing.
Let's see, Lexi, you did the10K this morning.
Speaker 6 (13:30):
Yes, I am only in for
the 10K this weekend and I
think my highlight has been thecharacters like the.
They had the three fairies out, they had captain hook and
mistress me, which you know mevillains.
I was fantastic.
Um, that was the only characterthat I actually stopped for,
(13:51):
because I can't pass by villains.
I I have to go.
It's in my DNA and then PeterPan and Wendy, so I think that's
been the highlight for me sofar.
Speaker 1 (14:02):
Oh me, oh yeah Hi.
Speaker 5 (14:11):
Yeah, because
Alicia's doing just the marathon
.
I think one of my favoritethings coming here is meeting
everybody and hearingeverybody's stories.
And coming into this, one gotreally, really nervous because
coming off of the 100 miler andhaving the 5k just three and a
half weeks after finishing it mybody still hasn't fully
recovered and um, there was thisone guy in like in particular
(14:35):
right, the 5K, obviously all thenerves going into it.
He came up to me and said youknow, you're the reason why I'm
here.
And I'm like no, are you really?
And he's like I watched allyour videos.
I just want to say thank youand I feel really bad.
There were so many people I metthat day so I have a hard time
remembering everybody's namessometimes, but he was wearing a
(14:57):
puppy shirt.
So if he hears this and hehears the puppy shirt named
lunchbox, no, I just want to letyou know that.
Thank you so much for thatmoment.
It was a great start to therace weekend and I hope to see
you again out there and it feelssuch an honor to help you start
this journey.
I hope you're having an epictime.
He he chose dopey man.
So yeah, I think that's amazing.
Speaker 1 (15:18):
I was going to ask
you.
Kind of answered, but are youfeeling good?
Speaker 5 (15:23):
No, I would say the
5K.
I tried to see where my legswere at and it was so cold I
didn't know how fast I was going.
Speaker 1 (15:34):
Didn't know if you
had legs, it was so cold, I
didn't know how fast I was going, didn't know if you had legs it
was so cold.
Speaker 5 (15:38):
No, but it felt so
great being out there and being
with all the other runners.
It was so much energy andelectricity in the air.
So of course I went out fast, not knowing that I was.
And then, once I saw the firstmile marker, I was like Jack,
don't you dare.
So I slowed down and saw somecharacters.
It was fine.
And then to the 10K, the lasttwo miles.
(15:59):
Today my right knee startedacting up.
So we're going to be slowingdown, seeing characters and you
know what I am going to PR thisweekend, but it's just going to
be in fun.
Speaker 2 (16:09):
There you go so yeah,
there you go.
Speaker 1 (16:15):
Well, I had a heck of
a good time yesterday.
I had a good time today too.
I finished behind the balloon,ladies.
Second time I've done this.
What happens is I just ease offand ease off.
I know I'm good.
I was with my buddy, stephanie.
She's over there.
Well, we were with some otherfriends too, but we were with
some other friends.
(16:35):
I can't remember.
Speaker 6 (16:37):
I'm sorry, but did
you forget about me, bob like
yeah, lexi was there, but lexihe did.
He forgot about me.
Speaker 1 (16:46):
Y'all are witnesses
but I think you finished in
front of the balloon, ladies I.
Speaker 6 (16:53):
I did finish in front
because you.
I think you stopped to talk tothe announcers.
I do, and then I tried to stopand then I just got swept.
Speaker 1 (17:01):
And I was like okay.
Speaker 6 (17:02):
I guess I'm finishing
now.
Speaker 1 (17:05):
But that's kind of a.
I do that all the time.
I stop.
Jeff is there and Jeff will bethere.
I think Jeff will be there forthe half, but I know he'll be
there for the marathon.
If you haven't said hi to JeffGalloway, whether it's at the
Expo or on the course thisweekend, do it, Do it.
(17:26):
You won't meet a nicer person.
Maybe John, but Jeff Gallowayhe's really.
Say hi to Jeff, Tell him youheard him on the podcast.
If you don't know Jeff verywell and you're looking for an
icebreaker, tell him you heardhim on the podcast.
Even if you didn't, he won'tknow.
Okay, and no, he's a wonderfulhuman being, but I always stop
(17:52):
there and then I stop and talkwith Carissa.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
John, Don't forget
Riley yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:00):
And I did it today.
And then we crossed the finishline and I went oh look, there
are balloons up ahead.
So I've done that before Now.
Yesterday was epic, the puppiesand the Cruella outfit.
I had a blast with that.
I had more fun with the Cruellaoutfit than I did with the
(18:25):
Tinker Bobs or any of the otheroutfits I've done so far.
So thank you all for helpingwith that.
I had a lot of fun interactions, that I had a lot of fun
interactions.
We joke about being halfwaydone but really we're just
warming up.
We got the half and the fullcoming up.
(18:45):
Any tips, gang?
I'll throw it open to you.
Any tips for the next two races?
Apparently not.
Speaker 2 (18:59):
Biggest tip I have is
, tomorrow, walk as much as you
can Run when those PhotoPassguys are around so you actually
look like you're doing somethingOkay.
And on Sunday go out there, have fun and enjoy every minute
of it.
Speaker 7 (19:16):
On that note,
especially if it's your first
half or your first full, reallytake in every moment.
Like I said before, takepictures, because you don't get
a first time again and no matterwhat it's a PR, and even if
it's not your first time, thisis an amazing experience and be
grateful for what your body cando.
You've put in the work, you'vegot this, you're going to finish
.
And be grateful for what yourbody can do.
You've put in the work, you'vegot this, you're going to finish
(19:37):
.
Speaker 6 (19:37):
I would even say
she's great, well said.
I would even say don't forgetto rest tomorrow after you
finish your races.
Rest your feet, do the recoverythings.
You can go back to the expo anddo those leg compression
thingies if you don't have onein your hotel room I did that
(19:58):
Lifesaver and also come to themeetup.
Speaker 1 (20:02):
I planned to rest
today, but I couldn't.
I'm sorry you guys made me come.
Speaker 4 (20:09):
I was going to say,
basically all those lovely
things that you guys said.
But just listen to your bodyand have fun and just know that
you can do this and have apositive mindset, no matter what
.
Speaker 2 (20:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (20:22):
I have a random one
and I know no one else will ever
think of it, but it's out ofexperience, so I'm just going to
let you know.
There are reflectors on theground, okay, so don't trip on
them.
I have experience and I have ascar on my left knee because of
it and it covered up my favoritescar from falling down at
SeaWorld in Ohio when it wasthere.
So I was very disappointed, soI don't want that to happen to
(20:44):
you, okay.
Speaker 1 (20:45):
I hit the deck one
time.
Yeah, it's not fun.
I really don't have anything toadd beyond what's been said,
except to enjoy it.
Enjoy the feeling.
It's hard, it's hard, it's hard, but you've done all this
difficult training and this iswhat the reward is to be able to
finish this.
And it's a moment, whetheryou've done it one time, 10
(21:09):
times, 15 times I'm about to dofive and I feel pretty much the
same every time I finish.
Speaker 4 (21:17):
I'm proud of it and
Bob Tinker, bob, you look great,
but it's an exciting andemotional finish even after the
fifth time and just take inevery moment, truly.
Speaker 1 (21:29):
Yeah, have fun.
All right, I would like to trysomething now and see if we can
get our friends here.
We want to open it up toquestions.
They can be questions about thepodcast, questions about
running at Disney, questionsabout John's shoe size, whatever
(21:53):
.
But if we've got a microphoneand think I think that, I think
yours will work.
Yeah, I think so, because Ihave no wait a minute.
Yes, young lady, we have aquestion.
I hope I can hear them hi, I'mlaura from winter garden good,
(22:13):
thank you's good.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
Or aka Sam's mom.
Speaker 1 (22:16):
Okay, yeah, sam's mom
.
Speaker 5 (22:19):
Sam's mom on the.
Speaker 4 (22:21):
Zoom calls.
So my question is for eitherthe half marathon or the
marathon?
I know, Lexi, yours is villains.
What is your one character?
You will not pass by.
Speaker 5 (22:34):
Oh, can I go?
Yeah, oh, my God, okay, so thistime around it's mandatory and
I'm praying that they're outthere.
I really want.
I know Dopey's going to be outthere for Marathon, but I really
want to see if Cruella's outthere, and I would love to get a
picture of them.
Speaker 1 (22:50):
Of who.
Speaker 5 (22:52):
Cruella and Dopey.
Speaker 1 (22:54):
Cruella and Dopey.
Speaker 5 (22:56):
Cruella was out
yesterday, wasn't she?
Speaker 7 (22:58):
Well, I got a picture
with you already.
Yeah, mine is usually out onlyfor the full.
It's Kevin.
He's usually in Animal Kingdomand that's my favorite, one that
I won't miss.
Speaker 2 (23:13):
Mine is Jimmy the
Cricket.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
Yeah, Jimmy the
Cricket, right, john?
It's not Jimmy the Cricket.
Yeah, jimmy the Cricket, right,john?
It's not Jimmy the Cricket, that's not right.
Speaker 2 (23:21):
It's his Jersey
cousin.
Speaker 1 (23:25):
It does sound like a
mafia name, doesn't it?
It's Jimmy the Cricket.
I kind of.
If I'm going to be completelyhonest, I don't have one that I
have to stop for, but if therewas one goofy, yeah, goofy, look
, I walk down Main Street andpeople look and go, look that
guy's goofy.
So I mean I have to.
Speaker 6 (23:50):
Linda, Hi Linda from.
Speaker 5 (23:52):
LB in New York.
A question for any of you upthere what is your favorite part
about doing the podcast?
Speaker 1 (23:58):
Oh, that's a good
question.
Favorite part about doing thepodcast.
Speaker 7 (24:03):
My favorite part is
getting to meet all of you and
hear your stories and now get tosee all your beautiful faces.
It's amazing.
Speaker 1 (24:11):
Yeah, that's a good
answer.
That's a great.
I like that because of actuallydoing the podcast.
I don't know.
I like to do the race reportbecause I love the input we get
from everybody and I loveacknowledging it and maybe
(24:33):
sharing that information.
We're three-plus years intothis now and closing in on 200
episodes.
I had no idea it would be thismuch work.
Really, I didn't.
Speaker 4 (24:47):
Wait it's been three
years.
Speaker 1 (24:48):
I love your shirt.
I spend a lot of hours everyweek on this thing, but I'm
retired so I have the time to doit, so I'm glad.
So, as far as actually doingthe podcast, I guess that's it.
But what I love more thananything and the reason I keep
doing it is right here Is you.
(25:11):
I mean, that's absolutely it.
What I love is the reactionthat has built around the
podcast family, how you all arehere.
It's great that you're herearound the podcast, but if we
weren't here, you would be withone another and I think that's
(25:31):
fantastic.
So that's not what I like aboutdoing it, but that's what I
like about having it done is thewonderful camaraderie.
Thank you, I saw the mic gosomewhere.
Speaker 5 (25:51):
What Bob said.
By the way, mic drop, there yougo.
Speaker 1 (25:53):
Yeah, how do you?
Speaker 2 (25:54):
top Bob.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
Come on, I make him
angry when I do that.
Well, I can't say nothing now.
Speaker 2 (26:03):
But wait, actually I
really like this live crowd
because right now we would stillbe deciding on who's our intro
is going to be, what's going on,and we haven't even started yet
.
Speaker 6 (26:11):
Yeah, it usually
takes us about an hour before we
press the record button andwell, no, like I don't know, 30
minutes before we do theinterview and then another 30
minutes because we getsidetracked about something and
then we start talking about, Idon't know, the rise and run
cruise or um.
But no, I mean I'll echo whatall of these guys have said
(26:32):
Meeting everybody, meetingpeople who I normally wouldn't
have a relationship with, or,you know, going through the
races and having someone say, ohmy gosh, I recognize your laugh
.
That was the first thing thatsomeone said to me Like when we
first started the podcast duringthe first year.
(26:54):
It's like, I think, marathonweekend weekend, I said
something in the corral and theywere like oh my gosh, are you
Lexi, I recognize your laugh.
So you know, I don't know, um,but just having those
interactions with you guys and Imean I'll repeat what all of
these guys have said multipletimes anytime you see us, please
come say hello.
We love hearing from you, welove hearing your stories,
(27:17):
because your stories are whathave made the podcast what it is
.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
I think we've got
time for maybe two more, and
then we have other thingsplanned for the day.
Yes, please.
Speaker 7 (27:29):
Hi, I'm Kim.
I know Bob says not to beafraid and not to be scared, but
what are your all's best tipsfor managing nerves, especially
when things are not going toplan?
Speaker 1 (27:41):
Well, expect to be
nervous.
I've done this five times.
There's no guarantee I'm goingto finish.
You line up for a 26-mile event.
You're trained.
That's wonderful.
You've done everything.
You'm going to finish.
You line up for a 26-mile event.
You're trained.
That's wonderful.
You've done everything you cando to finish.
But there can be things out ofyour control.
(28:02):
I look over here at Alan, who'sdone 31.
This is cut.
32 coming up right, this is 33.
And Grace, you've up right,this is 33.
And Grace, you've done like 28?
28, yeah, but I think if youwere to ask them they'd agree.
(28:23):
There's no guarantee when youline up to do 26 miles that
you're going to finish.
So have confidence in yourtraining.
Expect to be nervous and youhear me use this phrase.
Don't be scared.
There's nothing to be afraid of, Because the worst thing that
can happen to you well, no, letme stop.
(28:45):
I mean, you know the worstthing that's got a high chance
is that you don't finish andwe'll still love you anyway, you
know.
So that's not all that bad.
Try to just know there are awhole bunch of other folks out
here in the same boat that youare that they're thinking the
(29:07):
same thing that you are.
I'm not sure I can do this.
There have been plenty I'velined up for and not been sure I
could do it.
Keep putting one foot in frontof the other and if you need
help, look around.
You got help all over.
All right, Come see us beforethe race.
(29:28):
You want to walk or run withone of us or with any of the
family that's there?
Be happy, Happy to do that.
We'd love it.
Speaker 7 (29:39):
I think, just to go
off of what Bob said, is it's
normal to be nervous, but havean A, b, c goal and be willing
to adjust because, like he said, you never know what's going to
happen on the race course.
Things do happen and being ableand willing to pivot is going
to be beneficial because there'sgoing to be something somewhere
(29:59):
that you need to maneuveraround.
But keep an open mind and keepmoving forward.
Speaker 6 (30:07):
You got this and I
would also I mean echoing
everybody, all of those things, but I usually have one or two
people that I know I can callthis girl right here, oh, hi,
yeah, I know you, this girlright here, that's one of the
people on my to-call list that Iknow.
If I'm struggling, I can be like, hey, I need you to distract me
(30:30):
right now.
Or, you know, talk me off thecliff looking at you, um, and
you know, just have a couple ofpeople that are, or message the
chat that we have.
Um, you know, message ourinstagram, because one of us is
always looking at the instagramat some point of the day.
(30:50):
You know, like, one of thegreat things about this
community is that, even though, yes, running the race is your
own, but you're never byyourself, you have so many
people I'm going to start crying.
Oh, my gosh.
Oh, you have so many peoplethat are there rooting for you
and cheering for you.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
And, yeah, just keep
that in your head, that little
nugget and, like I was sayingbefore, you're out there, you're
running, you're struggling,you're nervous.
Look to your left, look to yourright, find somebody.
Talk to them, say, hey, how youdoing, I'm going crazy over
here.
No, can you, I don't think Ican do it.
(31:33):
Somebody's going to be helpingyou out there and pretty soon
you're going.
I'm at mile eight.
Well, it's mile 12 already.
We just it was like 15 minutes.
It just goes by so quick.
Speaker 5 (31:45):
And if it wasn't for
you I would have never gotten
into running.
So I appreciate that because, bestie, right here, man.
But I will say from the stuffthat I've done in the past, one
of the biggest things I willalways echo is something that
deals, like, with mindset.
You've done the training so youknow you can do it.
Sometimes it's easier to gointo those negative thoughts
(32:07):
than to go into the happy oneswhen you're in such a pain cave.
So find those ways out isusually by talking to your
friends, messaging them.
I mean, when I was doing theDaytona 100, adam, because my
phone was glitching so Icouldn't see any of the messages
he would actually tell me allthe messages that were being
sent and I got to see videos andit's like it makes you cry
(32:29):
because you have such acommunity and it's beautiful
knowing that everybody's therefor you, seeing Kay screaming
her head off with a community, and it's beautiful knowing that
everybody's there for you, seeing Kay screaming her head
off with a sign while it'sraining, with 25 mile per hour
winds, cheering because she'samazing.
Or is Stephanie making theVandalorian where you at?
Yeah, you are, um, love you.
I'm wearing her shirt like Iprobably.
(32:50):
It's great.
It says Jack to the future onit, but like having that family
there and knowing that they'regoing to be with you along the
way, whether it's virtually orright next to you or one call
away.
We're here all to support you.
You can do anything, you justgot to do it.
Speaker 1 (33:12):
Dee, I see the
microphone here.
Time for one more I gotsomething to say.
Speaker 2 (33:17):
So I'm glad y'all got
to see us live, because usually
we look like Brady Bunch on theTV and you get to see what we
see, with Jack coming out andgoing look, sorry.
Speaker 5 (33:30):
I promise I wasn't
naked.
Oh no, don't say that.
Speaker 2 (33:34):
See, this is what we
get every week.
He took that off.
Speaker 5 (33:39):
It was a shirt.
It was a shirt.
I had a hoodie on and I justwas showing them the awesome
shirt.
I just want to clarify.
Speaker 1 (33:49):
Never a dull moment,
friends, and if you run, you
know you are our friend.
We love you.
We thank Devin and Kristen andthe Run Fit Fab community for
inviting us.
She's not paying attention.
Speaker 2 (34:11):
She doesn't care.
Speaker 1 (34:13):
But hey, look, best
of luck.
The rest of this weekend We'llbe out there.
You know where to meet us, Ihope by the bleachers on the
line.
I've said it enough.
You know where to meet us.
