Speaker 1 (00:01):
Ladies and gentlemen,
welcome back to episode two.
We're here with Nicole.
We were just talking about whathappened in COVID and some
crazy stuff in the world that weall know about, but what
happened out of that was shefound herself.
She rediscovered her life, hermission and, more importantly,
how to serve other people at amuch higher level, which is what
(00:23):
she does now.
Nicole, what's really going onin your world right now and what
are you focused on?
How do you support, not just onthe platforms and social media,
but how do you guide a clientthrough that process into
getting their message out?
Speaker 2 (00:40):
It is a great
question and sharing that it is
really so important and it'sintegral to find the strategy
and a structure that can alwaysbe copied and pasted from client
to client at the smallest point.
But now that I found that andsee what formula works, the best
on the foundation is reallyhaving an assessment and a
(01:00):
discussion.
Are we alchemically aligned?
Are we solo aligned to worktogether?
And are you ready to be seen?
Because if you're not ready tobe seen and heard, if you're not
ready to sell, your productswon't get seen and in an energy
perspective, you can do a littlecloak and dagger on yourself if
you're not ready to come out.
So once you energetically comeout of that closet and you're
(01:23):
ready to spice the world up withyour goods and your wares, then
we can have that conversation.
And what are you ready for?
So if you're ready really tostreamline and just get on that
and share what is going to alignwith your clients, how is that
structure going to align?
And it's so important tounderstand that your services
you're here to sell yourservices because people want to
(01:45):
buy them, they want to find you.
You can't be the best keptsecret.
They can't find you.
So if you're hiding under arock, then nobody's really going
to find you and but you knowwhen you're ready to come out
and you're ready to find thatexposure and present yourself to
the world.
And now that the cotillion,it's time for that cotillion and
that event to happen.
(02:06):
Who's aligned with you?
And I feel that sometimes thepain point of stages and why a
lot of people don't want to dothis is because they've had an
event.
They put it out.
They put it on for free, theydid three days out of the shoot
and then they had anybody andeverybody that took their energy
.
They didn't accept a hand up,they didn't accept any
(02:29):
assistance.
They just went out there andsaid, hey, I'm going to run a
stage.
It takes work and it takesguidance.
You can pay a few bucks in thefront end and have somebody
guide you and share with youthis wonderful moment and to
take on any harsh burdens so youcan shine and you don't have to
toggle the switches and hit thebuttons or run the chat.
(02:53):
You can just stand back.
But when it's that time andyou're ready to do it, now you
can present your best selfinstead of really just burning
yourself into the ground and belike I'm never going to do this
again, whether it's recorded ornot.
Who is out there supporting you?
Are your speakers supportingyou?
And it's so integral to have agroup of people and know who
(03:13):
your avatar is, even for thestage.
Speaker 1 (03:16):
Yeah, I love that
advice I put on a summit I think
the early part of last year.
I think the early part of lastyear.
It was called Phoenix Voices.
It's very successful, but forabout two or three months before
the event I was getting all thespeakers doing all the promo
stuff, making all the scriptswork, making sure they were all
(03:37):
on time, links out, et cetera.
So I know exactly what you'retalking about.
The success comes with a team.
Now I did it on my own because Iwas stupid and I thought I
could do it and I thought it wasgood fun.
But looking back on it, I waslike no, I'm not ever doing that
again.
And for me, if I'm going tobecause I probably will be doing
that again in the future Icould hire someone like you.
(04:00):
This is a speaker's list, thisis when we're going to do it.
How do we build up themarketing for it?
And also, how do we get thatmessage out, not just for myself
but for the other speakersinvolved.
If someone came to you likethat, what are the values that
you're looking for but you'renot looking for first?
(04:22):
So who will you absolutely notwork with, no matter what?
Speaker 2 (04:27):
Good question.
There are people I have saidnope, sorry, not going to work
with you.
I've got boundaries and I don'twant to lose my hair, and I'm
not because I'm going to tear itout.
I might tear yours out too.
But no, really, don't get goodside.
It's really saying to.
But no, really, don't get goodside.
It's really saying are youready to listen?
(04:47):
Are you ready to be guided?
Are you coachable?
If you're not coachable and I'msure you see this, baz, as a
coach certain people just aren'tcoachable.
They're not ready to listen tocertain things, and so this is
simple.
It's not or is easy, notnecessarily simple, and people
like to overcomplicate things, and I love my creative people.
They're so wonderful andcoaches and they're healing and
(05:10):
they have the best intentions.
However, you can't be impulsive.
It's not just gonna work itselfout and you have to have some
type of plan because if you justget in a conversation, not
everybody wants to listen toyour conversation.
They're not going to buy yourVIP package and they're not
going to come back.
So it's really, if you're readyto be coached, if you're ready
(05:32):
to do maybe here's one to twovery simple tasks have you done
this before?
Have you implemented thisbefore?
Are you ready?
It's just something, even aseasy as as are you reaching out
and engaging on your socialmedia platform, on something
like LinkedIn?
If you're looking forsolopreneurs, let's just say
you're looking for entrepreneurs, you have a great AI tip you
(05:55):
want to share with them.
That will help coaches.
So they can just let that setit and forget it and walk away
from it and go heal the world.
They don't comment on otherpeople's posts.
There's no engagement If youcan't engage on your social
media.
It's a ghost town.
Cue the music right.
Nobody's coming, the wind'sblowing, the dirt's getting
kicked up, there's tumbleweeds.
If nobody's engaging, if you'renot engaging and you haven't
(06:18):
posted in six months, or youhave six different accounts and
you don't remember which one youuse or who you talk to, who's
good or who's not All of asudden you come in and now
you're posting 12 times a dayfor three days.
If you haven't done this, okay, that's what I'm here for.
But if you're not able to dothat and you can't do it, for
(06:40):
whatever the reason is, it'syour own reason, it's your own
personal journey.
But if you're unable to do thatone thing by talking to other
people, by communicating andbuilding no trust.
So they come to your event, sothey take your invitation and
they say, hey, oh cool.
I see Baz on LinkedIn all thetime.
He comments on my post.
I want to go to his wonderfulsummit.
(07:02):
Of course you're going to sayyes when you put out that invite
, but if I don't remember you, Idon't know who I'm engaging
with and I don't remember if Ilike you or not.
Sorry, see ya.
Then nobody's coming to yourevent, nobody wants to stay with
your event.
And is that event going tocorrelate?
And is it going to speak toyour healers or your coaches?
(07:24):
So if you're a healer and youhave an event and most of your
healers want to hear some simpletips on business of how to be
maybe more creative withsomething like AI genius and
create pictures, or maybe theywant something like hey, I want
a better sound bowl for my Reikiclass.
(07:45):
They want to hear about why isthat sound bowl hit 432?
This one doesn't.
Does it resonate?
They want to hear cool thingslike that.
They want cool toys to maketheir life better and to heal
the world.
But if you have someone come inand talk about snakes and
puppies, it doesn't really worktogether.
So are we sending the correctmessages?
(08:06):
Is everybody on the right path?
And it is actually very simple.
But you want to make sure thatyou have that good message and
you're ready to do that.
If you're not, it's okay tolearn.
But really are you going tosupport this?
Because, as coaches orconsultants, if we can't take
that burden on, it's not healthyfor us, it's not healthy for
(08:26):
our business, and then we startto change who we are and we're
no longer having fun.
So why even show up?
That's why I quit my nine tofive.
Speaker 1 (08:35):
I love what you do
because you serve on the back
end, but you have so much wisdomin order to allow someone to
have that space to get theirmessage out.
And a lot of people say they dothat thing.
But I've noticed from my ownjourney that they don't deliver
or they fall short of thepromise because they haven't got
connections, they haven't gotthe knowledge or the capability
(08:59):
to follow through or sometimeseven the integrity to follow
through what they need to saybut what I like about you is you
have the background, youconnect the dots to find out
what their audience wants, andthen your client clients,
depending on the case iscoachable for you to say this is
(09:21):
what your clients, youraudience wants, this is what I
propose, this is the map.
Is that about right?
Speaker 2 (09:30):
Absolutely.
Here's the blueprint, here'show it works and I'll show you
how it is and I believe a lot ofit is, especially in coaching,
it's in training, it'smentorship.
I'm not going to carry youthrough it you got to pay me
double for it but and I'm notgoing to drag you along but I
would like to show you how thatworks and share with you how to
(09:52):
implement that.
And that's as easy as it is.
And once it aligns, then it allworks together, as long as you
are ethically and morally inthat space to do great, because
the other, the last pain pointof someone that I would not work
with, would absolutely besomebody that's not got the
integrity or the ethics tocomplete the process, because
(10:14):
then my name's on it and say Idon't want to share a stage with
you in any form or fashion.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
For the person that
you do want to work with.
What's the pinnacle?
What do they look like?
How do they get hold of you?
What does the process look likewhen they, when they, come to
you?
Speaker 2 (10:33):
So if a client wants
to come to me, it would be
somebody just like you, baz, whohas a clientele, knows who your
clients are, has talked to yourclients, has a group and a
tribe and a following that'swarm and understands the level
of your clients.
Even if you have an email list, that's perfectly fine.
Are you engaged and are yousharing the right message?
(10:53):
So those clients that are readyto engage and say, hey, I'm
ready to have a summit, I wantto make a little money.
Maybe even they have a cause, like I like to share with my
clients for a cause marketing.
So your cause can be puppiesand kittens, or for me it's as a
chairwoman confronting domesticviolence.
I share, taking a portion ofthe proceeds and sharing it with
(11:16):
a nonprofit or something thatyou want to serve and be in
services.
It's a smaller version ofbuying a Subaru where they plant
a tree that you'll never see,but you're doing this yourself
and you're sharing it is, but itis a marketing hook.
So what a better way to do itthan actually it be in service?
And I do love clients thatcollaborate and affiliate.
(11:38):
So the tribes that want to sayhey, I want you not just to buy
my product.
But let's get the group ofspeakers, let's get a panel
together, let's have a firesidechat.
Let's network let's get on acall and get to know each other,
because you're going to findthese speakers down the road in
some other type of network.
They might be on another eventand so you want to see them
(11:59):
again.
You want them to be proud to beon the stage with you so that
they'll support you and you cansupport them.
You know that they are goodpeople.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
I love that and I
think you mentioned something
very key there aboutcollaboration but also doing
things for a higher cause.
One of the things that I did no, I didn't do it with Phoenix
Voices, but what I did was Iallowed the speakers to come in
and they could advertise totheir audience and any of the
(12:27):
VIP tickets they sold.
I allowed them to keep all theproceeds.
It wasn't about me making moneyfrom their platform.
It was about a hugecollaboration.
The event was actually calledphoenix voices, so it was about
people rising up, comingtogether.
The next level for that I don'tknow when it will be, but I
(12:47):
want it to have a non-profitattached to it and start
advertising through theirnetworks and actually build a
virtual summit that actuallypeople can come in and get value
from.
But it's not just theinformation, it's about doing
good and paying it forward.
What you're speaking to now iswhat I love doing, and that's
(13:10):
collaborating, elevating otherpeople.
Why do you do it?
Speaker 2 (13:17):
Well, it's part of
business for one.
You have to know and trust.
You have to work with people sothey'll work with you again.
You have to be ethical andmoral and do the right thing.
It's the same when we think ofnonprofits.
In this case it's to share.
(13:40):
So the stages I share andanother underlying cause that I
share with one of the workshopsI have coming up it's prosperity
, aligned to teach financialfreedom.
But how can I do that withoutcollaborators?
How can I change?
I don't want to change oneperson, I want to change
millions.
So, in order to change millionsand to really serve the
community, that's why I got in.
(14:01):
Law enforcement didn't work outall that well.
But to really change thecommunity, what I realized,
looking years back, doing somesoul searching of when I was
younger when you change thecommunity, you change the home.
Which I so badly tried tochange, the energy and the
structure and the love in myhome and my family didn't work
(14:22):
out that well.
And I believe it's.
Education and knowledge isgreat, it's all good, it can sit
in the library forever.
If you don't utilize theknowledge, it's like getting a
download from spirit and nottaking heed.
Okay, spirit, I'm not takingheed.
You know what happens.
You don't get that abundance oryou don't listen to that sign,
(14:45):
you may go down the wrong path.
And so in doing so, I canchange millions of people by
changing the community,educating people.
I can fish or I can go buy afish.
Here's a buck to go buy a fish,or I can teach you to fish.
What is the way to do that?
How do we walk the walk?
We could talk about it all day.
I can post sunshine posts androse stuff and have a happy
(15:06):
Monday and really find out howthat person really is.
What is their truth?
The truth is getting incommunity.
The truth is being in service, and it's in service that I find
that enrichment.
If I don't do something likethat to keep myself busy, I have
a very hectic mind.
So I work out, I drink water,go look at the crocs by the lake
(15:29):
, whatever, but it's being inservice that is so soul
enriching.
That's what I'm here for, andin order to really step the way
that I talk, walk the walk Ihave to be in service, and the
way to do that is to mentor andshow people how we can move
forward in life, how we cansplit the script on the 1%.
(15:52):
So now the 99% is richer.
We're getting left behind.
The more technology, the moremoney we have, the less that we
are doing.
We are talking about it all thetime.
We get on our soapbox and I canscream into my microphone.
Nobody's listening.
How do I do?
I can change, I can tell people.
Here's a little something Ifyou have financial freedom,
(16:14):
you'll leave that bad housebecause financial freedom.
This way you can go, move intoyour own home.
If business, if you can get ona stage and sell your products
and have a call to action always, then people know about you.
They buy your stuff.
That's how they support you.
Instead of me giving you$100,000, wouldn't it be better
for me to teach you how toinvest it and get your own?
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Yeah, 100%, yeah,
100%.
This is what I like aboutpeople like you, because you've
you're coming from theexperience.
But it's not just, it's notabout you.
It's about paying it forward, education and then elevation of
our future.
If people want to get hold ofyou, nicole, how do they do it?
I know through LinkedIn.
(16:58):
Is there a website they can goto?
Is?
Is there something you candirect them to?

It's easier for me.
It's a little clearer, lesshectic than everything else.

(17:28):
other platforms I have a littletoo much fun.
