In this episode, we talk with Ryan Jenkins and Steven Van Cohen authors of “Connectable: How Leaders Can Move Teams From Isolated to All In.”
Ryan is an internationally-recognized keynote speaker and three-time published author. For a decade, he has been helping organizations create engaged, inclusive, and high-performing teams by lessening worker loneliness and closing generational gaps.
Steven is a global leadership consultant and executive coach. He has spent 12 years working with hundreds of leaders helping them improve worker well-being, reduce employee isolation, and boost team belonging.
We talk about the prevalence of loneliness within the modern workforce and the damage it causes to the individual and the organization - and then explore simple pro-social behaviors we can all use to create more connections throughout our daily lives.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
