What happens when your realtor is a Marine, an online personality, and an Off-Broadway actor? Well, you have Jake Thomas. Jake was born and raised in New Orleans. He enlisted in the Marines, serving for four years, and accomplished his education from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and a Masters of Business for Veterans (MBV) from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. While Jake was employed at the coveted Ralph Lauren he quickly realized his need to be “real” with people so he moved over to the real estate world, with the illustrious Cooper & Cooper in New York City. As one of the firm’s top realtors, he quickly learned the ins and outs of the business, while thriving on a competitiveness in seeing clients’ big city dreams match the luxuries of their reality. Scouted at a local gym, Jake landed a fitness model career and soon after ventured into acting. Jake has now decided to go full force with 100% dedication to his real estate career. Which takes us to the very exciting news that Jake is now taking his talents to famed technology driving real estate platform Compass Real Estate, New York.
